The Tennessee Titans rebounded for a 30-24 overtime victory against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. Tennessee (7-3) struggled for most of the day but found a way to put it together in the fourth quarter to take their first lead since their opening drive on offense.

Titans running back Derrick Henry terrorized the Ravens once again and won the game with a 29-yard touchdown run in overtime. Henry finished with 28 carries for 133 yards and the touchdown, the 50th of his career.

Henry picked up 96 of his 133 yards after halftime.

"As the game wore on into the fourth quarter, we were wearing on them offensively. It was tough sledding early," Titans coach Mike Vrabel said.

Henry's unique blend of size, shiftiness and breakaway ability was on full display when he scored the winning touchdown. The 6-foot-3, 247-pound back started to his left and used a jump cut toward the inside before racing away from the Ravens secondary.

Harold Landry's sack of Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson set up a third and 17. The Titans' defense held on to force the Ravens to punt after getting the ball first in overtime.

The Titans took over on their 25-yard line and drove into field-goal position before Henry put the game away.

Tennessee has a showdown on the road with the Indianapolis Colts next Sunday.

Describe the game in two words: Old school. Both of these teams are throwbacks with their retro styles of play, starting with the rushing attack. It was one of those classic battles of tough, ball-control offenses with balance from the turnover perspective that came down to who was able to better impose their will.

Troubling trend: Tennessee continued to struggle with getting teams off the field on third down. Entering this week, the Titans were 31st in the NFL, allowing opposing offenses to get a first down on 53% of their third-down conversions. The Ravens converted on 9-of-14 attempts on Sunday.

Pivotal play: The Titans' defense held the Ravens to a field goal after allowing them to get to their 14-yard line. On the next drive, Baltimore dialed up a blitz with Patrick Queen forcing Ryan Tannehill to make an ill-advised throw into coverage. Linebacker Tyus Bowser intercepted the pass and returned it to the Titans' 22-yard line. That drive could have given the Titans a chance to jump out to an early two-score lead, which would have changed the complexion of the game.

Bold prediction for next week: Henry gained 103 yards in Tennessee's 34-17 loss to the Colts on Nov. 12. He'll have 125 yards or more this time against Indianapolis' defense, which is allowing 91.8 yards per game.
