Matt Paradis is No. 1 on the list, raking in an extra $391,647.56. Patriots defender Malcolm Butler is No. 5, adding an extra $319,282.65.

Performance-based pay comes from a fund -- each team divvies up $3.802 million among their players -- that supplements salaries of players whose playing time is disproportionate to their salary. It favors lower-paid players with high snap counts.
