#ThrowbackMNF: Your Monday moments

To celebrate the 45th season of "Monday Night Football," a panel of ESPN.com contributors selected the 45 most memorable moments in MNF history. Look back at the full countdown to tonight's MNF debut.

We asked readers to share their most vivid MNF memories. Here are a few of their submissions:

MNF moments, No. 4: 'He did what?'

Jack Murphy

I was at that game. The weather was much worse than what it appeared to be on TV. It was completely miserable which made it Packers weather! I still can't believe he caught the ball, I can't believe Favre threw that ball. Can't believe that the vikings blew the FG attempt to win the game.

MNF moments, No. 6: Bo runs into tunnel

Logan Mayberry

I remember that game. Still, to this day, I've never seen a RB faster than Bo. His feet were moving so fast on that play, you could see the white yard lines of the KingDome moving under his feet like the film was fast-forwarding!

MNF moments, No. 8: Monday Night Miracle

Jack Murphy

I was at that game. 1/2 the stadium was in the parking lot after 1/2 time but midway through the 4th they all came back in. (Pre 9/11) thanks BinLadin.

MNF moments, No. 14: Dorsett runs for 99

Bob Mack

I'll always remember Howard Cosell being critical of the Cowboys somewhat lackluster play that night when he stated that the Cowboys felt that they could "turn on or off" their intensity. Very shortly after that statement, Dorsett "turned it on." Of course, the Cowboys turned it back off again after the play and lost the game, eventually losing to the Redskins in the NFC Championship game.

Kevin Williams

This was the first NFL game I ever saw in person, and it is still my favorite. This one play sucked, but the Vikings' D dominated the rest of the game. The Cowboys completed less than half their passes and threw a pick-6 (so did Kramer), and the Vikings scored the winning TD with a minute left.

MNF moments, No. 7: Colts' comeback

MNF moments, No. 22: Panthers prevail
