No. 11: Eagles 59, Redskins 28 | Nov. 15, 2010
Michael Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles lost to the Washington Redskins 17-12 in Week 4 of the 2010 season, with Vick forced to leave the game early because of injury.When the teams met again on "Monday Night Football" in Week 10, Vick would not only play the whole game, he would make history.
In just his second season as an Eagle, Vick connected with DeSean Jackson for an 88-yard score on the first play from scrimmage, and the Eagles would score on their next four possessions to take a 35-0 lead.
Vick finished the game 20-of-28 passing for 333 yards and four touchdowns and added 80 yards and two touchdowns rushing. With his legendary performance, Vick became the first player in NFL history with at least 300 passing yards, 50 rushing yards, four touchdown passes and two rushing touchdowns in a game.
"I've had some great games in my day," Vick said. "But I don't think I've had one quite like this one."
