JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jaguars middle linebacker Paul Posluszny missed his second consecutive practice with a concussion but the team still isn’t ruling him out for Sunday’s home game against Arizona.

"We’re just going to have to see how it plays out," coach Gus Bradley said. "He feels much better but he’s not at the point yet where he can be cleared."

Posluszny, who suffered the concussion in the fourth quarter of the Jaguars’ 29-27 victory over Tennessee last Sunday, is the team’s leading tackler (88) and also has eight pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.

If he cannot play, outside linebacker Russell Allen will start in his place.

In addition to Posluszny, receiver Stephen Burton (concussion), receiver Stephen Williams (Achilles), defensive tackle Roy Miller (shoulder) and receiver Cecil Shorts (groin) did not practice. Miller and Shorts were given the day off. Both will play Sunday.
