          ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Detroit Lions had their season end in the wild-card round of the playoffs Sunday, a 24-20 loss to the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium in Texas.

          Here's a look at some numbers that might help explain Detroit's loss.

          0 – Super Bowl appearances for the Lions.

          1 – Playoff wins for the Lions in the Super Bowl era.

          2 – Lost fumbles by the Lions on Sunday.

          4 – Fumbles overall by Detroit on Sunday.

          6 – Sacks for the Lions on Tony Romo (Two by Ndamukong Suh and one each for James Ihedigbo, Tahir Whitehead, Darryl Tapp and Ezekiel Ansah).

          8 – Straight postseason games the Lions have lost, a streak stretching from 1991 to now. It's tied for the longest postseason losing streak in league history with Kansas City.

          8 – Total return yards for Jeremy Ross.

          9 – Tackles for James Ihedigbo, leading the Lions.
