On their first play of the second half, Baker Mayfield pitched the ball in the air with Duke Johnson crossing in front of him. Mayfield caught the "pitch" himself, then threw to a wide open Jarvis Landry for a 48-yard touchdown.
The Browns ran the play off previous successful plays against Carolina when they handed the ball in motion to Landry.
This time, they brought Johnson across and faked the touch pass to him and turned it into Mayfield's 26th touchdown pass of the season, tying him for the record for most TD passes by a rookie.
