Season officially over for Bills' Seantrel Henderson, Robert Woods

The Buffalo Bills made nine roster moves Tuesday, including placing wide receiver Robert Woods (groin) on injured reserve and placing offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson on the reserve/non-football illness list.

The Buffalo News reported earlier this month that Henderson has been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. He has not played in the past three games and was hospitalized in Philadelphia prior to the Bills' Dec. 13 loss to the Eagles.

Linebacker Randell Johnson (ankle) was also placed on injured reserve, while return specialist Marcus Thigpen was released.

To fill the four open spots on the 53-man roster, the Bills promoted wide receivers Walter Powell and Dezmin Lewis, the Bills' seventh-round draft pick in May, as well as defensive lineman Jerel Worthy from the practice squad. They also signed veteran receiver Greg Salas, who played in 18 games for Rex Ryan's New York Jets from 2013 through 2014.

The Bills filled one of their open practice-squad spots with quarterback Zac Dysert. They have two remaining open spots on their practice squad.
