This offseason apparently hasn't been friendly to the Buffalo Bills.
The Bills begin this season ranked No. 29 in the NFL, according to our first ESPN NFL Power Rankings of the regular season. That's a fall of two spots from their post-draft ranking.
Our voting process is different this season. Instead of six voters, there are now about 80 ESPN NFL experts who weigh in.
Only the Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars and Oakland Raiders begin the season with a lower ranking than the Bills, who open their season Sunday against the No. 10 Chicago Bears.
