Justin Tucker headlines four Ravens to make Pro Bowl

SELECTIONS

Kyle Juszczyk, fullback: A first-time Pro Bowl selection, Juszczyk is the highest-rated fullback, according to Pro Football Focus. Juszczyk leads the position with 33 catches for 255 yards. He helped Terrance West rush for a career-high 720 yards and five touchdowns. Juszczyk graded out as the best pass protector. At a time when more teams are not using fullbacks, Juszczyk has played 409 snaps, which are 116 more than any other fullback.

C.J. Mosley, linebacker: This was the biggest surprise selection for the Ravens. Mosley ranks third on the team with 72 tackles, and his three interceptions are tied for the most among linebackers. He also has seven passes defensed and one forced fumble. It's his second Pro Bowl in three NFL seasons.

Justin Tucker, kicker: The most accurate kicker in NFL history is nearly perfect this season, hitting 33 of 34 field goals. His lone miss was a blocked attempt. His 10 field goals of 50 yards or beyond ties an NFL record with two games remaining. Tucker's 33 field goals lead the NFL this season, including a league-best 22 from 40 yards or longer (which are six more than anyone else). This is Tucker's second Pro Bowl (the other was 2013).

Marshal Yanda, guard: Yanda is the highest-rated guard this season and second-best offensive lineman (behind Washington offensive tackle Trent Williams), according to Pro Football Focus. He has yet to allow a sack or quarterback hit, which is astounding considering his position switch. He suggested moving from right to left guard in order to play more effectively with a left shoulder injury. This marks the sixth Pro Bowl of Yanda's 10-year career. Only three Ravens -- Ray Lewis, Jonathan Ogden and Ed Reed -- have gone to more.

SNUBS

Eric Weddle, safety: Weddle is the biggest snub on the Ravens. He's the NFL's top-rated safety in his first season with the Ravens, according to Pro Football Focus. Weddle is one of two NFL defenders (Landon Collins) with at least four interceptions and one sack this season. His four interceptions are tied for third-most among safeties. Weddle was passed over for Kansas City's Eric Berry, New England's Devin McCourty and Oakland's Reggie Nelson.

Dennis Pitta, tight end: You could make the case that Pitta should make it on his remarkable comeback alone. Some thought Pitta's career was over after he fractured his right hip in 2013 and 2014. In his first season back, he ranks third among tight ends with 67 catches, trailing only Travis Kelce and Greg Olsen. Pitta also leads the Ravens in receptions.

Brandon Williams, nose tackle: It's the second straight year that Williams has been snubbed. He is the anchor of the NFL's No. 2 run defense, which has allowed 82.1 yards rushing per game. His 46 tackles this season rank third among nose tackles. Despite the lack of recognition, Williams is expected to draw significant interest in free agency.
