The Baltimore Ravens now have 11 free agents after putting the franchise tag on kicker Justin Tucker and parting ways with linebacker Daryl Smith and defensive end Chris Canty.

Smith and Canty can sign with another team at any time, but the Ravens' unrestricted free agents have to wait until Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET before going elsewhere.

Here is a ranking of the Ravens' 11 free agents:

1. Kelechi Osemele, offensive lineman: He is in a class by himself when it comes to the Ravens' free agents. He is perhaps the best available offensive lineman in the NFL this year, which is why he could command a contract that averages $10 million per season. Baltimore made a self-described "aggressive" offer to Osemele, but the odds are still against him returning to the Ravens.

2. Daryl Smith, linebacker: The Ravens released Smith because they wanted to get younger and faster, especially in the middle of the defense. Smith is still an effective two-down linebacker, and he should get a one- or two-year deal from a team wanting a steady and experienced leader. The Ravens haven't ruled out his return.

3. Courtney Upshaw, linebacker: He was a solid edge setter but a disappointment as a pass-rusher. Ravens officials hinted that he's not a high priority this offseason.

*4. Shareece Wright, cornerback: The Baltimore Sun is reporting that Baltimore is nearing a deal with Wright, which isn't surprising. He played better after getting lit up in his first game with the Ravens, and he has close ties with Jimmy Smith. But Wright is more of a No. 3 corner than a starter. UPDATE: Wright re-signed with the Ravens for a three-year, $16 million deal that includes $5 million guaranteed.

5. Chris Canty, defensive end: He doesn't plan to retire even though his impact has steadily declined. Canty will see if there is a team that is looking for a veteran run-stopper.

*6. Morgan Cox, long-snapper: He's been the snapper for a Pro Bowl kicker (Justin Tucker) and punter (Sam Koch). Cox proved he fully recovered from an anterior cruciate ligament injury from 2014. UPDATE: Cox re-signed with the Ravens for a five-year deal.

7. Chris Givens, wide receiver: There's little reason to bring back Givens after he disappeared in his brief run in Baltimore. In 12 games (including six starts), he had two or fewer catches nine times.

8. Jimmy Clausen, quarterback: His two starts were average, but they were more impressive than Matt Schaub's performance. The Ravens would only call on Clausen again if there's a setback in Joe Flacco's recovery or there's an issue with Ryan Mallett.

9. Matt Schaub, quarterback: He could have trouble drawing interest in free agency. Schaub had an interception returned for a touchdown in each of his two starts, and he has thrown a pick-six in his past three games.

10. Chris Carter, linebacker: A late-season addition, Carter didn't record a tackle in two games for Baltimore. He's played for the Steelers, Colts and Bengals.

11. Allen Reisner, tight end: He broke his ankle in last year's preseason opener after spending time on the Ravens' practice squad in 2014.
