Setting the schedule for Day 14 of practice at Falcons' training camp

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- The Atlanta Falcons will hold their 14th training camp practice Monday morning at their home facility. Practice is open to the public.

This is what Falcons coach Dan Quinn had to say following Monday's practice, "We were in the single digits for misses (missed tackles in preseason opener vs Titans). Usually, if we're under 10 early on, that's kind of where we're doing OK. It's going to be a point of emphasis every week; just something that we're going to keep drilling, keep working.''

Here is the Falcons' schedule for Tuesday:

10:00 a.m.-noon: Practice

12:15-12:30 p.m.: Julio Jones, tight ends coach Wade Harman, and offensive line coach Chris Morgan news conferences

12:30-1 p.m.: Quinn news conference

Weather: high 86, low 71 (60 percent chance of scattered thunderstorms)

Players on active/physically unable to perform list: OT Lamar Holmes (broken right foot)

Notable news: Running backs Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman returned to practice Monday for the first time since suffering hamstring strains during the first week of training camp. They were limited to individual drills. Outside linebacker Brooks Reed (groin), defensive lineman Cliff Matthews (ankle), and receiver/kick returner Devin Hester (ankle/toe) had limited participation as well coming off injuries, while cornerback Desmond Trufant (shoulder) and running back Antone Smith (hamstring) were held out.

Day 13 standouts: DE Adrian Clayborn, RB Jerome Smith, RB Evan Royster, CB Jonathon Mincy.

Next practice: Wednesday, 10 a.m.-noon
