Welcome to Week 17 of the NFL season and our weekly PPR fantasy football superflex rankings for 2022. We know many of you now compete in superflex formats that invite/covet second quarterbacks in starting lineups, so these rankings account for that. It might look odd to see the lowest-ranked fantasy passers ranked ahead of typical RB2 and WR2 options, but the potential scoring impact demands it. If your league is of the standard flex variety, just ignore the presence of quarterbacks. Regardless, good luck in Week 17 and beyond!
1. Josh Allen, Bills (QB1): Slightly below-average numbers in three of four games, but Monday night versus Bengals should be lots of fun.
2. Joe Burrow, Bengals (QB2): Playing at a high level, and this one should have playoff-like atmosphere.
3. Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs (QB3)
4. Justin Fields, Bears (QB4): Rushed for 147 yards in first Lions meeting. Bears say Fields will keep playing.
5. Justin Jefferson, Vikings (WR1): Top flex-eligible player this season is seeking 2,000 receiving yards, 400 PPR points.
6. Ja'Marr Chase, Bengals (WR2)
7. Christian McCaffrey, 49ers (RB1): Amazing season, not only for the statistics, but he's played all the games. Much credit here.
8. Austin Ekeler, Chargers (RB2): TD machine keeps on carrying fantasy managers, no reason to expect different this week.
9. Kirk Cousins, Vikings (QB5)
10. Trevor Lawrence, Jaguars (QB6): Quiet in Week 16, but facing a far lesser Texans defense this week. This is a top-10 QB.
11. Tyreek Hill, Dolphins (WR3)
12. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Lions (WR4)
13. Saquon Barkley, Giants (RB3): Keeps scoring TDs, and playing larger role in passing game recently.
14. Jared Goff, Lions (QB7): And he has multiple TD passes in four of five games. Weird, this football season.
15. Davante Adams, Raiders (WR5)
16. Stefon Diggs, Bills (WR6)
17. Travis Kelce, Chiefs (TE1)
18. James Conner, Cardinals (RB4): He's performing as he did during the 2021 season, and we can count on him again.
19. Daniel Jones, Giants (QB8)
20. Gardner Minshew, Eagles (QB9): Likely to start for Jalen Hurts again. Saints play strong D, but Minshew should deliver numbers.
21. Tom Brady, Buccaneers (QB10): Hasn't been much fun counting on him in fantasy but this game against the Panthers really matters.
22. Aaron Rodgers, Packers (QB11): The modest numbers continue, with no end in sight, but you can clearly throw on the Vikings
23. Justin Herbert, Chargers (QB12): Most recent multi-TD effort came in Week 12, but this Rams defense he faces is missing key folks.
24. Dalvin Cook, Vikings (RB5)
25. Joe Mixon, Bengals (RB6)
26. Keenan Allen, Chargers (WR7): Ample production the past month, clearly returning to WR1 territory.
27. Brock Purdy, 49ers (QB13): Four consecutive games with 2 TD passes. Perhaps we are underrating him.
28. Geno Smith, Seahawks (QB14)
29. Mike White, Jets (QB15): Hard to believe a fantasy manager would count on him in Week 17, but the Jets sure are.
30. Travis Etienne Jr., Jaguars (RB7): Looked really good the past two games, and Texans get shredded on the ground.
31. Aaron Jones, Packers (RB8)
32. DK Metcalf, Seahawks (WR8)
33. A.J. Brown, Eagles (WR9)
34. Chris Godwin, Buccaneers (WR10): Pacing to 100 catches, but with so many short passes, may not get to 1,000 receiving yards.
35. Josh Jacobs, Raiders (RB9)
36. Rhamondre Stevenson, Patriots (RB10)
37. Alvin Kamara, Saints (RB11): Plenty of rushing attempts lately, but still quiet in the passing game, for whatever odd reason.
38. Tee Higgins, Bengals (WR11)
39. Garrett Wilson, Jets (WR12): He's good enough that it shouldn't matter who plays QB. Should perform well this week.
40. Jaylen Waddle, Dolphins (WR13): Bridgewater will get him the football, too. Don't over-think it.
41. Deshaun Watson, Browns (QB16)
42. T.J. Hockenson, Vikings (TE2)
43. Teddy Bridgewater, Dolphins (QB17): Have to assume Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) needs this week off, at the least. Bridgewater has people to throw to!
44. Carson Wentz, Commanders (QB18): Didn't expect to see these quarterbacks ranked so low in Week 17, but here we are.
45. Russell Wilson, Broncos (QB19)
46. Cam Akers, Rams (RB12): Certainly appears we can count on him in fantasy after his 3-TD outing last week.
47. Miles Sanders, Eagles (RB13): Oh, those fumbles are again a problem for Sanders and Eagles. May mean other RBs get a chance.
48. David Montgomery, Bears (RB14)
49. Nick Chubb, Browns (RB15): Last TD came in Week 12, though he continues to get the carries and rushing yards we expect.
50. Christian Kirk, Jaguars (WR14)
51. Tyler Lockett, Seahawks (WR15): Likely to return from finger surgery, and many will underestimate the potential production.
52. Christian Watson, Packers (WR16)
53. DeVonta Smith, Eagles (WR17): Perhaps you didn't notice, but he has 100-plus receiving yards in three of four games. Not bad at all!
54. Mike Williams, Chargers (WR18)
55. Leonard Fournette, Buccaneers (RB16): Still hampered by foot injury, but so many touches that we cannot ignore him.
56. Brian Robinson Jr., Commanders (RB17)
57. Kenneth Walker III, Seahawks (RB18): Rookie is playing through multiple injuries, and Jets stop the run.
58. Tyler Allgeier, Falcons (RB19)
59. Baker Mayfield, Rams (QB20): Not a star, obviously, but not the worst QB in the league for SuperFlex, either.
60. Mac Jones, Patriots (QB21)
61. Andy Dalton, Saints (QB22)
62. Kenny Pickett, Steelers (QB23)
63. David Blough, Cardinals (QB24)
64. Tyler Huntley, Ravens (QB25)
65. Jarrett Stidham, Raiders (QB26):
66. Michael Pittman Jr., Colts (WR19): His investors realized a while ago it was not going to be an awesome fantasy season.
67. Jerry Jeudy, Broncos (WR20)
68. Zay Jones, Jaguars (WR21)
69. Mike Evans, Buccaneers (WR22): Hard to trust him in fantasy, but then again, he's Mike Evans. It's Tom Brady. It's the Panthers.
70. Jerick McKinnon, Chiefs (RB20): Receiving touchdowns in four consecutive games! He's trending toward RB2 status.
71. Najee Harris, Steelers (RB21)
72. D'Andre Swift, Lions (RB22): This offense has been throwing the football for the past month, not running it.
73. Jamaal Williams, Lions (RB23)
74. Isiah Pacheco, Chiefs (RB24): His work over the past seven games would pace to 1,200 rushing yards.
75. AJ Dillon, Packers (RB25)
76. D'Onta Foreman, Panthers (RB26): It's all or nothing with him. He rushed for 118 yards in first game against the Bucs.
77. Sam Darnold, Panthers (QB27)
78. Nick Foles, Colts (QB28): Well, that went poorly. Do not expect this offense to produce much offense, regardless of QB.
79. Desmond Ridder, Falcons (QB29)
80. Davis Mills, Texans (QB30): Last threw for 200 yards in Week 10 but anything is possible!
81. Amari Cooper, Browns (WR23)
82. Marquise Brown, Cardinals (WR24)
83. Terry McLaurin, Commanders (WR25)
84. JuJu Smith-Schuster, Chiefs (WR26): Had 74 receiving yards and a TD in first Broncos matchup. Pacing toward 1,000-yard season.
85. Courtland Sutton, Broncos (WR27): Looked good in return from injury in Week 16, but this offense remains broken.
86. DJ Moore, Panthers (WR28)
87. Zonovan Knight, Jets (RB27)
88. Zack Moss, Colts (RB28): Not sure he's a good player, but 36 rushing attempts in two games means it's enough volume..
89. Latavius Murray, Broncos (RB29)
90. Evan Engram, Jaguars (TE3)
91. George Kittle, 49ers (TE4)
92. Dallas Goedert, Eagles (TE5)
93. Diontae Johnson, Steelers (WR29): I admit I keep rooting for him to score his first TD. We should all root for it!
94. Allen Lazard, Packers (WR30)
95. Chris Olave, Saints (WR31): Hamstring injury may continue to keep him out.
96. Gabe Davis, Bills (WR32)
97. Brandon Aiyuk, 49ers (WR33): His 81 receiving yards in Week 16 were his most since Week 10.
98. Brandin Cooks, Texans (WR34): Hard to rely on him at this point, in this offense, but he did score a TD last week.
99. Drake London, Falcons (WR35)
100. Adam Thielen, Vikings (WR36): Quiet in Week 16 as Hockenson took over, but that's not likely to continue.
101. Cordarrelle Patterson, Falcons (RB30)
102. Rachaad White, Buccaneers (RB31): Another receiving TD last week, but Fournette is getting more touches.
103. J.K. Dobbins, Ravens (RB32): Rushing yards cut in half in Week 16, and he's not a factor in passing game.
104. Michael Carter, Jets (RB33)
105. Devin Singletary, Bills (RB34)
106. Chuba Hubbard, Panthers (RB35):
107. Jahan Dotson, Commanders (WR37)
