News: 11 hours agoSt. Brown (knee) was listed as a non-participant at Monday's walkthrough, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Spin: This is a new injury for the Lions' star wideout, as he previously dealt with a quad issue back in September. St. Brown played his normal complement of snaps (94 percent) in Sunday's win over the Colts, so it's unclear when he came down with the injury or if it's anything to be concerned about. The Lions have a Thanksgiving Day date with the Bears on Thursday. Along with St. Brown, Kalif Raymond (foot) also was listed as a DNP on Monday. If neither player is able to go Thursday, Jameson Williams, Tim Patrick and Allen Robinson would be in line for the bulk of the wide receiver snaps.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: After inking a new 4-year contract this offseason, St. Brown returns as the leader of the Lions' receiving corps. One of most consistent wide receivers in fantasy, ARSB had an outstanding 11 games with at least 18 fantasy points in 2023. No wide receiver had more top-20 weekly finishes and only Tyreek Hill had more weeks finishing seventh or better. Possessing both a high floor and ceiling, St. Brown was top five in every major receiving category last season and returns to an offense that looks to be just as potent this season. St. Brown is showing no signs of slowing down, and is poised to be a top-five fantasy wide receiver in 2024.
