Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Chicago Bears -1
Locks: Sunday 9:30 a.m. ET
Over/under total: 44.5 (sixth highest)
FPI favorite: Bears by 3.6, 60.3% to win outright
Jaguars injury watch: TE Evan Engram: Q; RB Travis Etienne Jr.: Q; WR Gabe Davis: Q
Bears injury watch: none to report
Best of the Week
Matt Bowen: Caleb Williams played his best game as a pro in the Week 5 win over Carolina and he gets another positive matchup this Sunday versus the Jacksonville defense in London. I'll take Williams this week as my top QB streamer.
On the other side of the ball, Tank Bigsby saw a team-high 13 carries in the Week 5 win over the Colts, compared with only six for starter Travis Etienne Jr. Bigsby should continue to cut into Etienne's touches, especially in a matchup versus the Chicago defense, in which the run game will be a priority for Jacksonville.
Tristan H. Cockcroft: DJ Moore and Williams have finally begun clicking over the past two weeks, making this a ride-the-streak matchup. Moore, and to a lesser degree rookie Rome Odunze, align brilliantly with a Jaguars defense that has already afforded seven wide receivers 15-plus fantasy points in a game.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers -3.5 vs. New Orleans Saints
Locks: Sunday 1 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 41.5 (ninth highest)
FPI favorite: Buccaneers by 3.8, 59.5% to win outright
Saints injury watch: TE Taysom Hill: Q; WR Rashid Shaheed: Q; RB Alvin Kamara: Q; QB Derek Carr: D
Best of the Week
Mike Clay: Marshon Lattimore and the Saints have clearly had Mike Evans' number over the years, so there's obvious bust potential here. Lower expectations, but Evans -- who has three top-10 fantasy outings this season -- should remain in lineups.
Under normal circumstances, Rashid Shaheed would be a WR2 and Chris Olave would be a fringe top-20 option. However, both fall out of "lineup lock" status and into the flex conversation with Derek Carr sidelined.
Indianapolis Colts vs. Tennessee Titans -2.5
Locks: Sunday 1 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 42.5 (seventh highest)
FPI favorite: Colts by 0.8, 51.3% to win outright
Colts injury watch: RB Jonathan Taylor: O; WR Josh Downs: Q; WR Michael Pittman Jr.: Q
Titans injury watch: WR Colton Dowell: O
Best of the Week
Tristan H. Cockcroft: Tony Pollard has been the clear primary back over Tyjae Spears this season, playing 64% of the offensive snaps and averaging 15.3 carries per game. The Colts have seen six running backs exceed 10 PPR fantasy points -- and two exceed 25 -- through five weeks.
Matt Bowen: If Michael Pittman Jr. is unable to play on Sunday in Tennessee, Pierce would likely see an increase in perimeter snaps and targets. He has already logged two games with 20 more fantasy points, despite catching only 13 passes on the season. And with a bump in volume this week, Pierce could be played as a WR3 in deeper leagues.
Cleveland Browns vs. Philadelphia Eagles -9.5
Locks: Sunday 1 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 42.5 (seventh highest)
FPI favorite: Eagles by 7.9, 69.6% to win outright
Browns injury watch: RB D'Onta Foreman: Q; TE David Njoku: Q; RB Nick Chubb: O; RB Pierre Strong Jr.: Q; RB Nyheim Hines: O
Eagles injury watch: WR Johnny Wilson: Q; WR DeVonta Smith: Q
Best of the Week
Mike Clay: Amari Cooper is a borderline lineup lock, but doesn't quite make the cut. The veteran receiver has cleared 10 fantasy points just once this season. Cooper, who sits third in targets but 49th in yards, is nonetheless a WR3 play in a good matchup against an Eagles defense that has allowed the fourth-most WR fantasy PPG.
Arizona Cardinals vs. Green Bay Packers -5
Locks: Sunday 1 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 47.5 (third highest)
FPI favorite: Packers by 4.3, 61.7% to win outright
Cardinals injury watch: WR Zay Jones: O
Packers injury watch: WR Christian Watson: Q; TE Tucker Kraft: Q; TE Luke Musgrave: D
Best of the Week
Liz Loza: Jordan Love has yet to fall outside of the top 14 fantasy producers at QB in any week he has played this season. He figures to take advantage of his opportunities in what's projected to be a high-scoring game at Lambeau. Consider the Packers QB a top-10 fantasy option at the position come Sunday.
Mike Clay: Green Bay has allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to wide receivers, including the fourth most to the perimeter, which is where Marvin Harrison Jr. aligns 75% of the time. If Jaire Alexander returns, Harrison can be downgraded slightly. If Alexander remains out, Harrison's outlook is better. Either way, Michael Wilson can be upgraded.
Washington Commanders vs. Baltimore Ravens -7
Locks: Sunday 1 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 51.5 (second highest)
FPI favorite: Ravens by 5.9, 65.3% to win outright
Commanders injury watch: RB Brian Robinson Jr.: Q; WR Noah Brown: Q
Ravens injury watch: WR Rashod Bateman: Q; RB Keaton Mitchell: O
Best of the Week
Mike Clay: Baltimore got rocked by the Bengals' passing game in Week 5 and has now allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season (most over expected), as well as the third-most points to the perimeter and most to the slot. Terry McLaurin is in a terrific spot. Consider Noah Brown (if he's back from injury) and Luke McCaffrey deep-league sleepers for Week 6.
This is a good spot for Zay Flowers and his fellow receivers. Washington has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season (most over the past four weeks), including the 12th most to the perimeter and 10th most to the slot, and four receivers have produced 22-plus fantasy points against the Commanders.
Austin Ekeler has been exceptional, but the limited volume has led to him scoring between 10.2 and 13.7 fantasy points in all four outings. As long as Brian Robinson Jr. is healthy, Ekeler will be bench material, especially this week against a Baltimore defense that has allowed 2.9 yards per carry (second lowest) and the second-fewest yards to RBs.
Houston Texans -6.5 vs. New England Patriots
Locks: Sunday 1 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 37.5 (11th highest)
FPI favorite: Texans by 8.4, 70.4% to win outright
Texans injury watch: WR Robert Woods: Q; RB Joe Mixon: Q
Patriots injury watch: WR Kendrick Bourne: Q; RB Rhamondre Stevenson: Q; WR K.J. Osborn: Q
Best of the Week
Matt Bowen: The Texans' defense is a matchup-based play, given the Patriots' offensive limitations. Through five games, the Patriots have allowed 19 sacks, the second most in the league, and they have averaged just 5.0 yards per pass attempt. This could be a big day for DeMeco Ryans' defense with schemed fronts that create pass rush production and pocket disruption.
Eric Karabell: Drake Maye is a must-add in superflex formats. All reasonable quarterbacks are, especially during these bye weeks, but there is noteworthy upside here. Watch how Ja'Lynn Polk, DeMario Douglas and Hunter Henry, as well as RB Rhamondre Stevenson, improve, too.
Los Angeles Chargers -3 vs. Denver Broncos
Locks: Sunday 4:05 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 35.5 (13th highest)
FPI favorite: Chargers by 2, 55.3% to win outright
Chargers injury watch: RB Gus Edwards: Q; QB Justin Herbert: Q
Broncos injury watch: WR Josh Reynolds: Q
Best of the Week
Mike Clay: Avoid starting any Chargers receivers against a Denver defense that has allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to receivers, including the seventh fewest to the perimeter and sixth fewest to the slot. Ladd McConkey's hefty 26% target share is all that keeps him in the flex discussion.
Pittsburgh Steelers -3 vs. Las Vegas Raiders
Locks: Sunday 4:05 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 36.5 (12th highest)
FPI favorite: Steelers by 2.2, 55.7% to win outright
Steelers injury watch: RB Jaylen Warren: D; TE Pat Freiermuth: Q; RB Cordarrelle Patterson: O; TE MyCole Pruitt: D
Raiders injury watch: RB Zamir White: Q; WR Jakobi Meyers: Q; WR DJ Turner: Q; TE Michael Mayer: Q; WR Davante Adams: Q
Best of the Week
Tristan H. Cockcroft: Davante Adams is expected to miss a third consecutive game with his hamstring injury, leaving Brock Bowers to again play a huge role in the Raiders' passing game. The Steelers have strong perimeter cornerbacks but struggle against tight ends in coverage. Kyle Pitts (11.6 points Week 1) and Jake Ferguson (13.0 Week 5) have capitalized upon this matchup already this season.
Mike Clay: With Zamir White sidelined last week, the Raiders rolled with a two-man backfield committee of Alexander Mattison and Ameer Abdullah -- and both players cleared double-digit fantasy points -- but even if White remains sidelined, a repeat performance is unlikely. The Steelers' defense has allowed two touchdowns and 3.6 yards per carry (fourth lowest) to RBs this season. If called on for another start, Mattison will be no more than a flex option.
Atlanta Falcons -6 vs. Carolina Panthers
Locks: Sunday 4:25 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 47.5 (third highest)
FPI favorite: Falcons by 5.1, 62.6% to win outright
Falcons injury watch: WR Darnell Mooney: Q; RB Bijan Robinson: Q
Panthers injury watch: TE Tommy Tremble: Q; WR Diontae Johnson: Q; RB Jonathon Brooks: O
Best of the Week
Tristan H. Cockcroft: Fresh off his 509-yard, four-touchdown "Thursday Night Football" passing masterpiece, and with 11 days' rest between outings, Kirk Cousins is aligned for another big score against a Panthers defense that has been reeling against the pass.
Liz Loza: Chuba Hubbard is now fantasy's RB7 overall, averaging 19.8 touches per game over the past four weeks and 21.7 per game with Andy Dalton at quarterback. Atlanta has faced the second-most rushing attempts (170) while simultaneously allowing the fourth-most rushing yards (742) to opposing backfields. Given the complexion of Carolina's offense, Hubbard figures to find plenty of run again in Week 6.
Matt Bowen: Ray-Ray McCloud III has posted back-to-back games with 11 or more points and will continue to see opportunities as the No. 3 wide receiver behind Drake London and Darnell Mooney. The Week 6 matchup versus the Panthers is just too good to pass up here. He's a solid play in deeper leagues.
Mike Clay: Darnell Mooney isn't a one-game wonder, having now seen six-plus targets in four consecutive games, producing 14-plus fantasy points in three of those outings. Lock Mooney in against a Carolina defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to perimeter receivers over the past four weeks.
Detroit Lions -3 vs. Dallas Cowboys
Locks: Sunday 4:25 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 52.5 (Highest)
FPI favorite: Lions by 2.8, 56.9% to win outright
Lions injury watch: none to report
Cowboys injury watch: none to report
Best of the Week
Matt Bowen: Jalen Tolbert caught seven of a team-high 10 targets for 87 yards in the Week 5 matchup versus the Steelers, including the winning touchdown. He now has three games with double-digit production this season. Let's get him in the lineup (again) for the Week 6 home matchup versus the Lions.
Mike Clay: Rico Dowdle posted the best fantasy game of his career last Sunday night, but he is still a part-time player and has just one career game with more than 13 touches, so we shouldn't get too excited here. Still, he's clearly taking control of lead-back duties and has found the end zone in consecutive games. Consider Dowdle to be a RB2/flex option against a tough Lions run defense.
Liz Loza: Sam LaPorta has yet to score 10 fantasy points or draw six targets this season and has lost red- zone opportunities to Jameson Williams, but Dallas struggled to contain the middle of the field in Week 5, giving up six of nine grabs and two scores to Pittsburgh's tight ends Sunday night.
Cincinnati Bengals -4 vs. New York Giants
Locks: Sunday 8:20 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 47.5 (third highest)
FPI favorite: Bengals by 4.1, 60.7% to win outright
Bengals injury watch: TE Mike Gesicki: Q; RB Zack Moss: Q; RB Chase Brown: Q
Giants injury watch: WR Bryce Ford-Wheaton: Q; RB Devin Singletary: Q; WR Malik Nabers: O
Best of the Week
Matt Bowen: Daniel Jones scored 22.1 points on the Seattle defense in Week 5 (without Malik Nabers on the field), and he has now posted 18 or more points in three of his past four games. If you're in need of a deeper-league streamer, then Jones fits here in a game that could be high-scoring. Additionally, Tyrone Tracy Jr. should still be involved in the game plan, even if Devin Singletary returns, after his solid performance in Week 5.
Mike Clay: The Bengals are a mess at corner, and while they are somehow only midpack in fantasy points allowed to receivers, they've allowed the fourth most to the perimeter over the past four weeks. At least one receiver has produced 19-plus points against them during each of their past three games. Darius Slayton can be upgraded. Wan'Dale Robinson will have it tougher if Mike Hilton returns, but if not, he can be upgraded against Jalen Davis.
Buffalo Bills -2.5 vs. New York Jets
Locks: Monday 8:15 p.m. ET
Over/under total: 40.5 (10th highest)
FPI favorite: Bills by 2, 54.2% to win outright
Bills injury watch: WR Mack Hollins: Q; RB James Cook: Q; WR Khalil Shakir: Q; WR Curtis Samuel: Q
Jets injury watch: TE Tyler Conklin: Q; QB Aaron Rodgers: Q; QB Jordan Travis: O
Best of the Week
Tristan H. Cockcroft: Josh Allen is off to his worst five-game start to a season since 2019 and his rebound prospects look poor for this matchup after the Jets limited Sam Darnold to 4.26 points in Week 5. For the season, the Jets have allowed the third-lowest completion percentage (57.9%) and fewest yards per dropback (4.6).
Liz Loza: There is hope for Breece Hall. Todd Downing will be taking over the Jets' playcalling duties. Downing served as the Titans' -- so Derrick Henry's -- OC in 2021 and 2022, where he installed the highest designed run rate (46%) in the league. The Bills rank dead-last in the NFL in yards per carry allowed (5.2).
Matt Bowen: We know Aaron Rodgers will continue to feed the ball to Garrett Wilson, but Allen Lazard is seeing enough volume to crack some lineups in deeper leagues. With the Jets really struggling to find run-game efficiency heading into their Week 6 matchup at Buffalo, Lazard could be in line to produce again as the No. 2 target for Rodgers.
Mike Clay: The zone-heavy Bills have allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points to receivers, as well as the fifth fewest to the perimeter. Though Nico Collins and Stefon Diggs had decent games this past Sunday, no receiver has reached 16 fantasy points against Buffalo this season.
