Time for Week 2 of the playoffs and for the first time this season, the rules change just a bit when it comes to filling lineups. Some playoff matchups are two weeks long. If you are down a bunch, then you want to focus on higher-upside choices in bad matchups. If you are up a bunch, then safe, reliable scorers make a lot of sense. Consistency counts. Regardless, make the best decisions for your team(s), whether they match the latest flex rankings for Week 15 or not. Good luck!
1. Christian McCaffrey, RB, Panthers: Rushing-wise, his past month has been merely average. However, he also has 38 catches on 48 targets in those four games. Wow!
2. Michael Thomas, WR, Saints:
3. Leonard Fournette, RB, Jaguars: Still lacking the touchdowns, but he has more catches than he did in his first two seasons combined. Plays the Raiders this week, too.
4. DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Texans
5. Chris Godwin, WR, Buccaneers: Some will say the numbers go up now that Mike Evans is (likely) done for the season, but Godwin also gets more defensive attention now.
6. Dalvin Cook, RB, Vikings: Not so efficient the past three games, but has touchdowns in each of them.
7. Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Cowboys
8. Derrick Henry, RB, Titans: Dealing with a hamstring issue, but it did not stop him from his fourth consecutive 100-yard rushing game. He also has seven touchdowns in that span.
9. Chris Carson, RB, Seahawks: For one, he gains touches now that Rashaad Penny (knee) is out for the season, but also, the Panthers have defended poorly of late.
10. Davante Adams, WR, Packers
11. Julian Edelman, WR, Patriots: About as consistent as anyone not named Michael Thomas. Has topped 90 receiving yards in three consecutive games.
12. Tyreek Hill, WR, Chiefs: Minor concern about Patrick Mahomes, and the Denver corners cover Hill competently.
13. Josh Jacobs, RB, Raiders: Missed Week 14 with a shoulder issue, but Raiders have to win and Jaguars can be exploited.
14. Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints: You have to leave him active, but things are not going so well. His last touchdown came in September.
15. Nick Chubb, RB, Browns
16. Austin Ekeler, RB, Chargers: Some ask why my ranking of Ekeler is always so much higher than my colleagues'. Well, he is the No. 3 PPR RB this season, and that was before he had a monster Week 14. What more does he need to prove?
17. DJ Moore, WR, Panthers
18. Julio Jones, WR, Falcons
19. Melvin Gordon, RB, Chargers
20. Aaron Jones, RB, Packers
21. Todd Gurley II, RB, Rams: He is not likely to reach 1,000 rushing yards but sure, continue to think the knee problem is no big deal.
22. George Kittle, TE, 49ers
23. Saquon Barkley, RB, Giants: Not sure why people think he is worthy of the same top-five spot still, since he is clearly not the same. He last reached 16 PPR points in Week 8. Not sure the defense he gets to face (Miami) matters more than his physical woes.
24. Allen Robinson II, WR, Bears: Mitchell Trubisky might find the Green Bay rematch to be a problem on the road, but Robinson has played so well, he is worth it.
25. Amari Cooper, WR, Cowboys: Cooper is not the reason the Cowboys keep losing. Nor is it the running back or the quarterback.
26. Mark Ingram II, RB, Ravens
27. Phillip Lindsay, RB, Broncos: Can the Broncos keep up with the Chiefs? Lindsay struggled in the first meeting.
28. Jarvis Landry, WR, Browns
29. Courtland Sutton, WR, Broncos
30. Kenny Golladay, WR, Lions: Loss of Marvin Jones Jr. for the season probably does not help Golladay.
31. Adam Thielen, WR, Vikings: Every week the Vikings say the same thing about his availability, so I am skeptical he plays until he actually plays.
32. Robert Woods, WR, Rams
33. Cooper Kupp, WR, Rams: Sure looks like Woods has become the Jared Goff fave of late.
34. Joe Mixon, RB, Bengals
35. James Conner, RB, Steelers: As with Thielen, prepare for an absence but smile if he plays. Be realistic.
36. Marlon Mack, RB, Colts
37. DJ Chark Jr., WR, Jaguars: Dealing with an ankle injury and might be a game-time decision for a late-afternoon game. Uh oh.
38. Odell Beckham Jr., WR, Browns
39. James White, RB, Patriots
40. Raheem Mostert, RB, 49ers: Not sure how anyone could assume that Mostert is not the top San Francisco running back to rely on anymore.
41. Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers
42. Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs
43. Christian Kirk, WR, Cardinals
44. A.J. Brown, WR, Titans: Inconsistent production, with monster weeks and others with next to nothing. This is dangerous come playoff time, but if you need a big outing, go for it.
45. Kareem Hunt, RB, Browns
46. Devonta Freeman, RB, Falcons: Finally found the end zone in Week 14, though facing the 49ers on the road is more challenging.
47. Le'Veon Bell, RB, Jets: We have not been bowled over by Bell's play. This low ranking is not because he missed Sunday's game. It is because of the opponent and his pedestrian performance most of the season.
48. Emmanuel Sanders, WR, 49ers: Well, I doubt he throws another touchdown pass again anytime soon. We would prefer some receiving consistency too.
49. Will Fuller V, WR, Texans
50. Stefon Diggs, WR, Vikings
51. David Montgomery, RB, Bears
52. Devin Singletary, RB, Bills
53. Zach Ertz, TE, Eagles: This offense is bereft of wide receivers, so one would think a defense doubles him constantly. The Giants failed to realize this on Monday.
54. Miles Sanders, RB, Eagles: It seems unlikely Jordan Howard plays anytime soon.
55. Darius Slayton, WR, Giants: Had a big first half against the Eagles, but then the Giants ignored him.
56. Terry McLaurin, WR, Redskins: He gets the leaky Philly secondary this week.
57. Patrick Laird, RB, Dolphins
58. Ronald Jones II, RB, Buccaneers
59. Tarik Cohen, RB, Bears
60. DK Metcalf, WR, Seahawks
61. Tyler Lockett, WR, Seahawks: His season numbers are irrelevant. His disappointing past month sure is.
62. Sterling Shepard, WR, Giants
63. Darren Waller, TE, Raiders
64. Austin Hooper, TE, Falcons: Looked healthy enough to count on in Week 14.
65. Carlos Hyde, RB, Texans
66. Kenyan Drake, RB, Cardinals: Has done so little statistically to get people excited, so why do people want to activate him? This ranking is where comparable running backs go.
67. Bo Scarbrough, RB, Lions: Enough volume to matter, but doing little with it.
68. Michael Gallup, WR, Cowboys
69. John Brown, WR, Bills: The past three games have not been kind.
70. Dede Westbrook, WR, Jaguars
71. Damien Williams, RB, Chiefs: Risky to count on, but if he is active, assume he does something.
72. Jamaal Williams, RB, Packers
73. LeSean McCoy, RB, Chiefs
74. Tyler Boyd, WR, Bengals: Let us assume the Patriots keep him relatively in check.
75. Jamison Crowder, WR, Jets
76. Zach Pascal, WR, Colts: Seems unlikely we see T.Y. Hilton play anytime soon, but if he does, he would be among the top 20 at the position. Pascal is not Hilton.
77. Deebo Samuel, WR, 49ers
78. Anthony Miller, WR, Bears
79. Curtis Samuel, WR, Panthers
80. Duke Johnson, RB, Texans
81. Peyton Barber, RB, Buccaneers: Not much when it comes to consistent stats, but then again, he is sharing the touches with Ronald Jones.
82. Mike Williams, WR, Chargers: Hey, he found the end zone! Do not assume he finds it again. Do not assume he does not, too. Volume is low.
83. Robby Anderson, WR, Jets
84. Sony Michel, RB, Patriots: He has 17 receptions ... in two seasons and 26 games. Yawn.
85. Adrian Peterson, RB, Redskins: Poor Derrius Guice cannot get a break. The Eagles are not so easy to run on, though.
86. Matt Breida, RB, 49ers
87. Tevin Coleman, RB, 49ers: If you really, really want to activate him, hey, it is your team. Just take a gander at his past six weeks first. The stats do not lie.
88. Golden Tate, WR, Giants
89. Marcus Johnson, WR, Colts
90. Randall Cobb, WR, Cowboys
91. Marquise Brown, WR, Ravens
92. Cole Beasley, WR, Bills
93. Latavius Murray, RB, Saints
94. Nyheim Hines, RB, Colts
95. Royce Freeman, RB, Broncos
96. Larry Fitzgerald, WR, Cardinals
97. Tyrell Williams, WR, Raiders
98. Breshad Perriman, WR, Buccaneers
99. Chris Conley, WR, Jaguars
100. Russell Gage, WR, Falcons
Others: Chris Thompson, RB, Redskins; David Johnson, RB, Cardinals; J.D. McKissic, RB, Lions; Mark Andrews, TE, Ravens; Jared Cook, TE, Saints; Allen Hurns, WR, Dolphins; Taylor Gabriel, WR, Bears; Sammy Watkins, WR, Chiefs; Myles Gaskin, RB, Dolphins; Gus Edwards, RB, Ravens
