WATCH: Matt Fink UA jersey presentation

The Thursday stop of the Under Armour All-America Game jersey tour saw quarterback Matt Fink receive his game jersey in a presentation sponsored by American Family Insurance. Fink, the nation's No. 46 prospect, is one of six quarterbacks headed to the event.

"I'm excited and very honored," Fink said of the ceremony. "I want to thank everyone that's ever helped me out through the tough times."

After making an early commitment to USC, the 6-foot-3, 179-pound dual-threat quarterback has been able to watch the Trojans recruiting class grow into one of the best in the nation, as USC's group is ranked No. 6 overall.

"This class is something special," Fink said. "There are a lot of athletes in all positions. I'm very honored to be a part of it."

What's likely to make Fink very happy is the wide receiver position, as five capable pass-catchers, including four ESPN 300 prospects, are among the group.

"There are a lot of guys I'm going to be very excited to play with," Fink said. "Not just at the wide receiver position."

Who are you most looking forward to playing with or against at the Under Armour All-America Game?

"I'm excited to go play with all these good athletes. There are going to be a lot down there who are going to big schools and I have the opportunity to go play with a bunch of talented athletes."

If you could start a team with one prospect from the 2016 class, who would it be?

"I'd probably go with a wide receiver, Tyler Vaughns. That'd probably be my No. 1 pick. He amazes me. I've never seen a guy be able to go up and grab a ball like it's his every time."

What is your earliest football memory?

"Probably in second or third grade, I remember playing on defense. I was playing as a linebacker and the guy was coming up the sideline and I remember just laying him out."

What player did you idolize growing up?

"Once I started playing quarterback in seventh grade, I idolized Tom Brady. He's one of the best in the business and he made me want to play quarterback even more."

If you could challenge one pro athlete in their sport, who would it be?

"I guess if it was one-on-one with a wide receiver and corner, I'd probably want to throw against Richard Sherman and see how that goes."

Why do you wear your number?

"There isn't really a specific reason. I've been No. 6 and 11 and it turned out that 12 was the number I had sophomore year so I kind of stuck with that."

What is one thing people might not know about you?

"I've kind of gotten into snowboarding."
