Injuries:
Pierre Desir, CB, Colts. Starting cornerback Desir left Sunday's game and didn't return after sustaining a knee injury. Desir has been the Colts' top cornerback the past two seasons, and his injury forced the Colts to move slot corner Kenny Moore to the outside, with rookie Rock Ya-Sin taking Moore's place. Moore went back to the inside with Quincy Wilson going outside when the Colts went with three cornerbacks. -- Mike Wells

Injuries:
Raven Greene, S/ILB, Packers. The Packers were already without projected starting inside linebacker Oren Burks, and now they've lost one of his replacements to a potentially serious right ankle injury. Greene, a combination safety/inside linebacker, had to be carted off the field and needed a scooter to wheel himself out of the locker room after the game. The Packers split time with Greene and recently acquired inside linebacker B.J. Goodson depending on the defensive package. Burks, who remains out with a torn pectoral muscle, might still be a week or more away from returning. -- Rob Demovsky

Steelers inactives: DT Isaiah Buggs, LB Jay Elliott, TE Zach Gentry, OG Fred Johnson, CB Justin Layne, FB Roosevelt Nix, OT Chukwuma Okorafor
Injuries:
Ben Roethlisberger, QB, Steelers. Roethlisberger injured his right elbow on his throwing arm in the second quarter. He's being evaluated, and coach Mike Tomlin didn't know the extent of his injury after the loss. Second-year quarterback Mason Rudolph replaced Roethlisberger in the second half, and completed 12 of 19 attempts for 112 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Roethlisberger wasn't the only Pittsburgh injury coming out of the game -- the Steelers finished with four additional injured players: James Conner (knee), Sean Davis (shoulder), Vince Williams (hamstring), and Anthony Chickillo (plantar facitiis). -- Jeremy Fowler
D.J. Fluker, OG, Seahawks. Fluker suffered what Pete Carroll described as a minor ankle sprain, but he returned and finished the game. Aside from that and an unspecified injury that briefly sidelined left guard Mike Iupati, the Seahawks made it out of Pittsburgh in good shape-injury wise. "That a huge plus going into next week coming home," Carroll said. Another plus: Seattle could have Ezekiel Ansah (shoulder) next week against the Saints after he was inactive for the second straight week. Carroll said that if Ansah didn't play against Pittsburgh, there would be a great chance he'd be ready for the Saints game. -- Brady Henderson

Dolphins inactives: RB Myles Gaskin, DE Trent Harris, S Reshad Jones, OT Isaiah Prince, OG Chris Reed, WR Albert Wilson, OG Bryan Witzmann
Injuries:
Isaiah Wynn, OT, Patriots. The 2018 first-round draft choice, who missed his rookie season with a torn Achilles tendon, was knocked out of Sunday's game late in the first quarter with a foot injury. There are few more important jobs in New England than protecting Tom Brady's blindside, and Wynn looked like he was up to the task when on the field. The Patriots have had a run of injuries/retirements along the offensive line that has created roster-related stress, going all the way back to spring practices, and the less-than-ideal situation was reflected in how veteran Marshall Newhouse replaced Wynn on Sunday. Newhouse was just signed on Wednesday. -- Mike Reiss

Bengals inactives: DT Andrew Brown, WR Pharoh Cooper, QB Jake Dolegala, OT Cordy Glenn, WR A.J. Green, RB Trayveon Williams, DT Renell Wren
Injuries:
Joe Staley, OT, 49ers. Staley's injury was just about the only bad news for the Niners on Sunday, as he departed late in the third quarter with a broken left fibula, an injury that is expected to cost him the next six to eight weeks. That's a huge blow for a team that doesn't have much depth on the offensive line, and will now turn to rookie Justin Skule to step in for Staley on the left side. The good news for the Niners is that coach Kyle Shanahan is not expecting Staley to miss the full eight weeks and, at least for now, doesn't consider Staley a candidate for either short- or long-term injured reserve. Also, the 49ers have a bye in Week 4, which buys Staley a week off that won't cost him a game. -- Nick Wagoner
Michael Jordan, OG, Bengals. The Bengals' rookie starter suffered a left knee injury and was carted off the field in the second half of Sunday's lopsided 41-17 loss to the 49ers. Jordan's former teammate at Ohio State, 2018 first-round pick Billy Price, came off the bench to finish the game at left guard. If Jordan is out for an extended period of time, an already beleaguered offensive line could have more problems. Cincinnati finished Sunday's game with its fourth-string offensive tackle and has struggled to open holes for the running backs. The Bengals can't afford to be without Jordan for an extended period of time. -- Ben Baby

He was ruled out of a game that was all but over, but it appeared to just be a cramp. Chiefs 28, Raiders 10
Chiefs inactives: OG Nick Allegretti, WR Tyreek Hill, OG Ryan Hunter, ILB Reggie Ragland, OT Martinas Rankin, DT Khalen Saunders, TE Deon Yelder
Raiders inactives: CB Juston Burris, OG Jonathan Cooper, OG Gabe Jackson, QB DeShone Kizer, DT Corey Liuget, WR J.J. Nelson, OT David Sharpe
Injuries:
Josh Jacobs, RB, Raiders. When Jacobs, the Raiders' electric rookie running back, left the game for the locker room, interest turned to worry. "I cramped up," Jacobs said. "Yeah, so I had to go and get an IV. Something I thought I was taking care of throughout the week, staying with the fluids and stuff. I guess it was just a hot one today." Jacobs ran for 99 yards on 12 carries, including a breathtaking 51-yarder up the right sideline, and when he is out the running load falls to DeAndre Washington (three carries for nine yards) and Jalen Richard (two for three). That's a big drop off in production, at least for one game. -- Paul Gutierrez
Eric Fisher, OT, Chiefs. Fisher, who was listed as questionable on the final injury report of the week with a sore groin, started against the Raiders but left the game after a couple of snaps and didn't return. He was replaced by Cam Erving. Fisher may be able to return in time for next week's game but the Chiefs will be cautious so they don't lose him for the long term. -- Adam Teicher
Damien Williams, RB, Chiefs. Williams has a contusion on his right knee. The injury didn't have the look of something that would keep him out of next week's game but the situation bears watching because the back who shares time with Williams, LeSean McCoy, has a sore ankle. Other than that, the Chiefs have only two backs, Darrel Williams and rookie Darwin Thompson. Each is largely untested. -- Adam Teicher
LeSean McCoy, RB, Chiefs. McCoy has a sprained ankle. The injury doesn't have the look of a long-term problem, but even if he only misses next week's game, that could still be trouble. As noted above, starter Damien Williams has a sore knee and didn't finish Sunday's game. -- Adam Teicher

Rams 27, Saints 9
Saints inactives: WR Austin Carr, CB Ken Crawley, C Nick Easton, OT Ethan Greenidge, DB Saquan Hampton, DT Sheldon Rankins, DT Taylor Stallworth
Rams inactives: OT Bobby Evans, DB David Long, TE Johnny Mundt, LB Obo Okoronkwo, C Coleman Shelton, WR Nsimba Webster, DB Darious Williams
Injuries:
Drew Brees, QB, Saints. Brees will see a hand specialist in Los Angeles on Sunday night before he learns the severity of the thumb injury that sidelined him in the first quarter. The good news for the Saints is that they have some of the best QB depth in the NFL, with Teddy Bridgewater and Taysom Hill on the roster. But Bridgewater was not effective Sunday while the rest of the offense flopped around him. So the Saints will need to improve in multiple areas to keep their season afloat if Brees misses substantial time. -- Mike Triplett
Aaron Donald, DT, Rams. Donald also left the game in the first half, and was designated as questionable to return due to a back injury. However, he returned to the field after a brief sojourn in the locker room.
Austin Blythe, OG, Rams. Blythe suffered an ankle injury in the first half, hobbled off the field and was carted to the locker room. A fourth-year pro, Blythe did not return and was placed by backup Jamil Demby. Rams coach Sean McVay did not have an update on Blythe's status after the game. The offensive line has two first-year starters in left guard Joe Noteboom and center Brian Allen. If Blythe is out for a prolonged period, it could be problematic. -- Lindsey Thiry
