Three rounds and 102 picks. This 2019 NFL mock draft is similar to our "Grade: A" projections: It's all about whom we would take at each pick. Let's play general manager for all 32 teams.
The ground rules are simple: alternate picks; no trades; no deals that say "I won't take Player X if you don't take Player Y." It's "This is whom I'd take" at every slot on the board for three full rounds. McShay kicks us off with the Cardinals.

ROUND 1

1. Arizona Cardinals
McShay's pick: Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma
The NFL's worst offense in 2018 needs serious renovations. Buckle up for the explosive playmaking of Murray in Kliff Kingsbury's offense.

2. San Francisco 49ers
Kiper's pick: Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State
Best. Player. Available. Bosa is the No. 1 prospect in this class, and he'll help off the edge in any defense.

3. New York Jets
McShay's pick: Josh Allen, OLB, Kentucky
The Jets badly need some pass-rushing off the edge, so while I think Quinnen Williams is the better player, I'd take Allen and his 17 sacks for Kentucky last season.

4. Oakland Raiders
Kiper's pick: Quinnen Williams, DT, Alabama
It should be Allen or Williams for the Raiders. And Jon Gruden will love Williams.

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
McShay's pick: Devin White, ILB, LSU
Kwon Alexander is gone, so the Buccaneers could certainly use the sideline-to-sideline range of White. He had 123 tackles at LSU last season.
Todd McShay breaks down why Dwayne Haskins has all the tools to be a top-10 pick in the 2019 NFL draft.

6. New York Giants
Kiper's pick: Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State
If I'm the GM, I'm taking a quarterback here. Haskins could be a star in New York, and he grew up a Giants fan. Take him, Dave Gettleman!

7. Jacksonville Jaguars
McShay's pick: T.J. Hockenson, TE, Iowa
I could have taken Jawaan Taylor here, but bottom line, Hockenson is a big, fast playmaker. And Nick Foles and the Jaguars need them. Only the Cardinals were worse on offense in 2018.

8. Detroit Lions
Kiper's pick: Montez Sweat, DE, Mississippi State
This is an easy replacement for Ezekiel Ansah. Line him up next to Trey Flowers, and the Lions' defense will be improved.

9. Buffalo Bills
McShay's pick: Ed Oliver, DT, Houston
The Bills allowed 17 rushing touchdowns last season, and Oliver excels in a one-gap scheme like Buffalo's 4-3 defense.

10. Denver Broncos
Kiper's pick: Devin Bush, ILB, Michigan
I thought about quarterback with Drew Lock still on the board. But Bush helps Denver right now, and I love the fit in Vic Fangio's 3-4 defense.

11. Cincinnati Bengals
McShay's pick: Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida
Taylor could slot in at right tackle -- yes, over Bobby Hart -- and provide some protection for Andy Dalton with his strength and quickness.

12. Green Bay Packers
Kiper's pick: Chris Lindstrom, G, Boston College
This is too high for a wide receiver on my board, and if Hockenson is already gone, I don't have another tight end graded here. So I'll go with my top-ranked guard to help Green Bay's running game.

13. Miami Dolphins
McShay's pick: Drew Lock, QB, Missouri
Lock falls right into Miami's lap. His four seasons of experience, ability to make off-schedule throws with ease and above-average mobility would be welcomed by new offensive coordinator Chad O'Shea.

14. Atlanta Falcons
Kiper's pick: Christian Wilkins, DT, Clemson
I'm running to the podium if I'm the GM of the Falcons and Wilkins is still available. He could be a steal.
Todd McShay explains how Marquise Brown is one of the fastest receivers he has ever seen.

15. Washington Redskins
McShay's pick: Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma
With the top three quarterbacks off the board, let's get a burner with great hands for Case Keenum. Washington has been looking for a game-changing receiver for a long time.

16. Carolina Panthers
Kiper's pick: Brian Burns, OLB, Florida State
Take the best edge rusher on the board, Panthers. That's Burns on my board.

17. New York Giants (from CLE)
McShay's pick: Jonah Williams, OT/G, Alabama
Mel alleviated our quarterback concerns with Dwayne Haskins at No. 6 but then stole Brian Burns for the Panthers. And I don't think Rashan Gary fits this defensive system. So we turn our attention to this flimsy offensive line with Williams' versatility and quickness.

18. Minnesota Vikings
Kiper's pick: Rashan Gary, DE, Michigan
I thought long and hard on this one. If Williams is not here, there isn't really an offensive lineman who fits. Andre Dillard, maybe? The value of Gary might be too much to pass up. He has all the traits to be a star.

19. Tennessee Titans
McShay's pick: Deandre Baker, CB, Georgia
Let's start the run on corners. There isn't a ton of value here for a receiver or tight end quite yet, but getting Baker's instincts into that defensive back unit will provide depth and force some turnovers -- only five teams had fewer than the Titans' 17 last season.

20. Pittsburgh Steelers
Kiper's pick: Byron Murphy, CB, Washington
This pick was corner all the way with the top two inside linebackers off the board early. I'm not sure Greedy Williams is the best fit in Pittsburgh, so Murphy is next on my board.

21. Seattle Seahawks
McShay's pick: Cody Ford, OT/G, Oklahoma
Ford is a mauler, and although that line is definitely improved, the Seahawks have to keep the highest-paid player in the game upright.

22. Baltimore Ravens
Kiper's pick: Erik McCoy, C/G, Texas A&M
I thought about running back here. I also thought about wide receiver. McCoy, though, could start at center immediately.

23. Houston Texans
McShay's pick: Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State
Pretty obvious, no? I love this pick here. Need meets skill meets value. Dillard's 6-foot-5 frame and above-average athleticism ought to improve the league's worst offensive line, but the only direction to go is up.

24. Oakland Raiders (from CHI)
Kiper's pick: Irv Smith Jr., TE, Alabama
This is another tough one. Josh Jacobs is still available, but could Oakland get him in Round 2? Smith will help as a pass-catcher and blocker.

25. Philadelphia Eagles
McShay's pick: Jeffery Simmons, DT, Mississippi State
Simmons could redshirt in 2019, but in time, he could fill the Tim Jernigan role smack in the middle of that 4-3 Eagles line. He's a top-15 talent in the class, but a torn ACL means he drops.

26. Indianapolis Colts
Kiper's pick: DK Metcalf, WR, Ole Miss
This could have been a safety, too. But then I started thinking about Metcalf catching bombs from Andrew Luck in Indy.
Check out some highlights from NFL draft prospect Clelin Ferrell's 2018 season with the Clemson Tigers.

27. Oakland Raiders (from DAL)
McShay's pick: Clelin Ferrell, DE, Clemson
Greedy Williams isn't likely to be a Jon Gruden guy, but a sack-producing edge rusher is what the Raiders need alongside Quinnen Williams. This one might even stay on the roster!

28. Los Angeles Chargers
Kiper's pick: Dexter Lawrence, DT, Clemson
I love this fit. Nose tackle is a huge need for the Chargers, and Lawrence is the best one in this class.

29. Kansas City Chiefs
McShay's pick: Greedy Williams, CB, LSU
This pick makes itself. Steven Nelson is gone, and the cornerbacks were already very weak. Williams isn't going to lead the league in tackles, but he's fast and smooth in press coverage.

30. Green Bay Packers (from NO)
Kiper's pick: Noah Fant, TE, Iowa
Fant is basically a slot receiver, but he'll help Aaron Rodgers. And he's going to score some touchdowns in Green Bay.

31. Los Angeles Rams
McShay's pick: Garrett Bradbury, C/G, NC State
I can't believe Kiper left the offensive lineman who I think is the most NFL-ready for me all the way at the back of the first round. With no more John Sullivan or Rodger Saffold, this makes all the sense in the world.

32. New England Patriots
Kiper's pick: Daniel Jones, QB, Duke
Jones is my guy. If I didn't take him here, McShay might wait until the third round! Jones has upside, and he will soak up everything he can from Tom Brady.
ROUND 2

33. Arizona Cardinals
McShay's pick: Rock Ya-Sin, CB, Temple
Robert Alford is currently penciled in as the starter opposite Patrick Peterson, but the depth is weak here. We got our new QB in the first round to restructure the passing offense, so let's keep that passing defense sturdy.

34. Indianapolis Colts (from NYJ)
Kiper's pick: Juan Thornhill, S, Virginia
Thornhill could play safety or cornerback at the next level, and he's a ball hawk. He might be a better fit at corner for the Colts.
Todd McShay says Josh Jacobs is a fringe first-round pick, but he should be the first running back off the board.

35. Oakland Raiders
McShay's pick: Josh Jacobs, RB, Alabama
No first-round running back, Mel. But we have to get Gruden this violent runner to complement Isaiah Crowell early in the second before the Raiders take an extended break from drafting.

36. San Francisco 49ers
Kiper's pick: Johnathan Abram, S, Mississippi State
Abram is a first-round talent whom the 49ers are getting on the cheap. Why is he still on the board at No. 36?

37. New York Giants
McShay's pick: L.J. Collier, DE, TCU
The Giants need edge guys, and because it didn't line up the way we wanted in the first round, Collier seems like a good fit here at No. 37. There just isn't much of a pass rush in New York right now.

38. Jacksonville Jaguars
Kiper's pick: Dalton Risner, OT, Kansas State
Since McShay skipped over Jacksonville's need at offensive line in Round 1, I'll address it here. Risner could start from Day 1 at right tackle.

39. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
McShay's pick: Darnell Savage Jr., S, Maryland
This pass defense handed out big plays like it was its job last season, all while starting five different players at safety. Savage Jr. gives the Bucs someone to develop behind Kentrell Brice and Justin Evans.

40. Buffalo Bills
Kiper's pick: N'Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State
Let's get a weapon for Josh Allen. Harry has terrific hands, though he isn't a burner.

41. Denver Broncos
McShay's pick: Deebo Samuel, WR, South Carolina
I love Samuel out of the slot. Kiper opted to get a little crazy with Devin Bush at No. 10 for Denver, but the offense needs big-play weapons. Samuel plays with burst.

42. Cincinnati Bengals
Kiper's pick: JJ Arcega-Whiteside, WR, Stanford
Arcega-Whiteside is rising up draft boards, and Cincinnati has a sneaky need at receiver. He's like a basketball player in the red zone, boxing out cornerbacks to score.

43. Detroit Lions
McShay's pick: A.J. Brown, WR, Ole Miss
I guess it's the time to get a receiver if you need one. Brown is one of the top slot guys in the draft, but he could play outside with veteran Danny Amendola in the slot.

44. Green Bay Packers
Kiper's pick: Parris Campbell, WR, Ohio State
This is all about more help for a Green Bay offense that lacks weapons. Campbell could play outside and in the slot.

45. Atlanta Falcons
McShay's pick: Tytus Howard, OT, Alabama State
Matt Ryan was hit often last season, so the offensive line has been a focus of the offseason. The additions of James Carpenter and Jamon Brown help at guard, but it's still a weakness, and I'd kick Howard inside.

46. Washington Redskins
Kiper's pick: Chase Winovich, OLB, Michigan
I was looking for a fit for Winovich with a team that runs a 3-4 defense. He outproduced Rashan Gary for the Wolverines.

47. Carolina Panthers
McShay's pick: Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington
The Kalil brothers are gone, the Carolina offensive line is reset, and tackle is an area of concern. McGary is a strong run-blocker who'd give Christian McCaffrey some lanes.
Jaylon Ferguson is a defensive end out of Louisiana Tech who holds the FBS record with 45 career sacks.

48. Miami Dolphins
Kiper's pick: Jaylon Ferguson, DE, Louisiana Tech
Miami has needs at almost every position. There's a chance that Ferguson, the NCAA's all-time sack leader, sneaks into the end of Round 1.

49. Cleveland Browns
McShay's pick: David Long, CB, Michigan
Cleveland's first pick in this draft comes in the middle of Round 2, and it doesn't have huge needs. But injuries have plagued the cornerback corps. A physical press corner, Long gives the Browns depth behind Denzel Ward and Terrance Mitchell.

50. Minnesota Vikings
Kiper's pick: Terry McLaurin, WR, Ohio State
I like McLaurin more than McShay does, and he could be a weapon out of the slot for the Vikings.

51. Tennessee Titans
McShay's pick: Jerry Tillery, DT, Notre Dame
A good one-on-one run-defender who flashes as a pass-rusher, Tillery fits in neatly next to Jurrell Casey on the Titans' line.

52. Pittsburgh Steelers
Kiper's pick: Miles Boykin, WR, Notre Dame
No, Boykin won't replace Antonio Brown's production. But he'll be a good player in the NFL, and Pittsburgh needs help on the outside.

53. Philadelphia Eagles (from BAL)
McShay's pick: Taylor Rapp, S, Washington
We went defensive line in the first round, so now is the time to dive into the secondary. Rapp's instincts should make an immediate impact on one of the league's worst passing defenses.

54. Houston Texans (from SEA)
Kiper's pick: Connor McGovern, G, Penn State
Even after McShay gave Houston an offensive tackle in Round 1, if I'm the GM of this team, I'm thinking about another offensive lineman with one of the next two picks. McGovern is my second-ranked guard.
Justin Layne is a bump-and-run cornerback with rare size out of Michigan State.

55. Houston Texans
McShay's pick: Justin Layne, CB, Michigan State
Kiper doubled down on offensive line, so let's replenish the secondary stable after the Texans lost Kareem Jackson and Kevin Johnson to free agency.

56. New England Patriots (from CHI)
Kiper's pick: Kahale Warring, TE, San Diego State
Get to know the former walk-on Warring because he is going to go on Day 2. He has tremendous upside, though he isn't going to be Gronk.

57. Philadelphia Eagles
McShay's pick: Miles Sanders, RB, Penn State
I love this pick. Sanders will make defenders miss and can contribute in the passing game. A Jordan Howard-Sanders duo would be pretty effective for the Birds.

58. Dallas Cowboys
Kiper's pick: Khalen Saunders, DT, Western Illinois
It was safety or defensive tackle for the Cowboys here. The super-athletic Saunders fills a need and has some upside.

59. Indianapolis Colts
McShay's pick: Nasir Adderley, S, Delaware
Mel took Juan Thornhill, but I'm not finished stocking this secondary. Adderley's ball skills give him value behind Clayton Geathers and Malik Hooker.

60. Los Angeles Chargers
Kiper's pick: Chuma Edoga, OT, USC
My top two needs for L.A.? Offensive tackle and defensive tackle. Since I gave the Chargers Dexter Lawrence in the first round, Edoga fills the other need.

61. Kansas City Chiefs
McShay's pick: Oshane Ximines, DE, Old Dominion
We got a corner in Round 1. Now let's replace Dee Ford. Ximines plays with power and is solid against the run.

62. New Orleans Saints
Kiper's pick: Andy Isabella, WR, UMass
This is the Saints' only pick in the first three rounds, and you know Drew Brees would be excited about a speedy weapon.

63. Kansas City Chiefs (from LAR)
McShay's pick: Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, DB, Florida
Gardner-Johnson is ultimately a safety, but I think Kansas City kicks him into a nickel role in Year 1. His versatility would be welcomed by a barren DB unit.

64. New England Patriots
Kiper's pick: Dre'Mont Jones, DT, Ohio State
With the third of six Patriots picks in the first three rounds, I'll grab a defensive tackle with a high ceiling. Don't be shocked if Bill Belichick takes a wide receiver in Round 2, though.
ROUND 3

65. Arizona Cardinals
McShay's pick: Dru Samia, G, Oklahoma
This is a great way to kick off Round 3. There's no shot that I'm spending the No. 1 pick on a 5-foot-10 QB and then not getting him some protection.

66. Pittsburgh Steelers (from OAK)
Kiper's pick: Mack Wilson, ILB, Alabama
This is all about filling a need. Wilson doesn't have the lateral athleticism of the top two off-the-ball linebackers, Devin White and Devin Bush, but he'll be a force in the running game.

67. San Francisco 49ers
McShay's pick: Trayvon Mullen, CB, Clemson
I'm not in love with any of the receivers here, and Mullen is smooth in coverage. The Niners need depth in the secondary.

68. New York Jets
Kiper's pick: Max Scharping, OT, Northern Illinois
This team still has several needs on both sides of the ball. I went with the best offensive lineman available.

69. Jacksonville Jaguars
McShay's pick: Deionte Thompson, S, Alabama
Tashaun Gipson is gone. Thompson plays with range and can make plays on the ball.

70. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Kiper's pick: Damien Harris, RB, Alabama
This could be a steal, and I wouldn't be shocked if Harris were the Bucs' leading rusher in this scenario. New coach Bruce Arians would use him correctly.

71. Denver Broncos
McShay's pick: Ryan Finley, QB, NC State
I wanted to get Finley off the board earlier. He reads the defense better than any other QB in the class, and Denver needs someone to develop behind Joe Flacco because, let's face it, he isn't the answer.
Bobby Okereke is an outside linebacker out of Stanford who made 52 solo tackles last season for the Cardinal.

72. Cincinnati Bengals
Kiper's pick: Bobby Okereke, ILB, Stanford
Okereke is another one of my favorites in this class. He's a good tackler. He's good in space. He could be a three-down off-the-ball linebacker.

73. New England Patriots (from DET)
McShay's pick: Riley Ridley, WR, Georgia
Ridley has burst and runs good routes. Tom Brady needs a weapon with Julian Edelman entering his age-33 season and Rob Gronkowski off to retirement.

74. Buffalo Bills
Kiper's pick: Dawson Knox, TE, Ole Miss
Knox is one of the most underrated offensive prospects in this class. In this scenario, we're getting help for Josh Allen with Knox and wideout N'Keal Harry at No. 40.

75. Green Bay Packers
McShay's pick: Gerald Willis III, DT, Miami (Fla.)
The Packers got their offense some toys. While the defense was addressed in free agency, it was mainly edge guys. Willis is a run-stopper in the middle of the line.

76. Washington Redskins
Kiper's pick: Lonnie Johnson Jr., CB, Kentucky
Could this be a sneaky spot to watch for the fifth quarterback off the board? Johnson is a good player who will push for playing time immediately.

77. Carolina Panthers
McShay's pick: Hakeem Butler, WR, Iowa State
This is a different breed of wide receiver for Cam Newton. Butler has size (6-foot-5) and speed (4.48 40-yard dash). DJ Moore and Butler gives him some targets not named Christian McCaffrey.

78. Miami Dolphins
Kiper's pick: Elgton Jenkins, C/G, Mississippi State
Miami should try to trade down to pick up more picks, or it should take the best player available. Jenkins has the potential to be a starter as a rookie.

79. Atlanta Falcons
McShay's pick: Zach Allen, DE, Boston College
Dan Quinn might get more out of Vic Beasley Jr. and Takkarist McKinley yet, but in the meantime, Allen converts speed to power coming around the corner.

80. Cleveland Browns
Kiper's pick: Khari Willis, S, Michigan State
The Browns ... are good? It's a strange sight after years of inept football. Willis could compete for time at strong safety and wreak havoc on special teams.

81. Minnesota Vikings
McShay's pick: Nate Davis, G, Charlotte
Kiper took his boy Terry McLaurin in Round 2 instead of addressing a glaring need on the offensive line. I'll bail him out and take Davis, a quick and sturdy guard out of Charlotte.

82. Tennessee Titans
Kiper's pick: Ben Banogu, OLB, TCU
McShay filled Tennessee's needs with a defensive tackle and corner in the first two rounds. Banogu could help the void on the edge.

83. Pittsburgh Steelers
McShay's pick: Germaine Pratt, OLB, NC State
Pittsburgh still needs an edge rusher. I like Pratt's angles and closing speed, and he could develop into a starter behind T.J. Watt and Bud Dupree.

84. Seattle Seahawks
Kiper's pick: Maxx Crosby, DE, Eastern Michigan
I almost went cornerback here. You know Pete Carroll loves defensive backs. But with some uncertainty about Frank Clark's long-term future, Crosby makes sense at end.

85. Baltimore Ravens
McShay's pick: Jarrett Stidham, QB, Auburn
This might seem unconventional, but I'm not a Lamar Jackson believer. If Stidham is still here at No. 85, I'm taking him as a low-risk flier. He gives the Ravens another option if this run-heavy approach with Jackson goes south.

86. Houston Texans
Kiper's pick: Kelvin Harmon, WR, NC State
Running back is a position I considered, but there's value in Harmon here as a potential No. 2 wideout.

87. Chicago Bears
McShay's pick: Jamel Dean, CB, Auburn
I almost forgot the Bears were invited to Nashville. Durability is a concern for Dean, but he has talent when on the field, and Chicago could use some depth at the position after losing Bryce Callahan.

88. Detroit Lions (from PHI)
Kiper's pick: Julian Love, CB, Notre Dame
Love didn't run great at the combine (4.54 40-yard dash), but he was a really good college player. He just sticks to wide receivers.
Jachai Polite is a defensive end out of Florida who had a team-high 11 sacks last season while tying the school record with six forced fumbles.

89. Indianapolis Colts
McShay's pick: Jachai Polite, OLB, Florida
Polite slid because of a poor pre-draft process, but he still packs a punch as an edge rusher. New Colt Justin Houston is 30 years old, and Indy needs help getting after quarterbacks.

90. Dallas Cowboys
Kiper's pick: Will Harris, S, Boston College
Dallas needs a safety to push both Jeff Heath and George Iloka. Harris opened up some eyes with a 4.41 40 at the combine.

91. Los Angeles Chargers
McShay's pick: Amani Hooker, S, Iowa
Nice job getting the Bolts tackles on both sides of the ball, Mel. Now Hooker lessens the loss of Jahleel Addae at safety.

92. Kansas City Chiefs
Kiper's pick: Michael Deiter, C, Wisconsin
Mitch Morse left in free agency, and if I'm the GM of the Chiefs, I'm addressing center at some point in my first four picks. Deiter started 54 games for the Badgers.

93. New York Jets (from NO)
McShay's pick: Jace Sternberger, TE, Texas A&M
Sternberger is a reliable pass-catcher who can come down with the ball in traffic. Sam Darnold could use a guy like that as he enters his sophomore year at the helm.

94. Los Angeles Rams
Kiper's pick: D'Andre Walker, OLB, Georgia
Walker has stellar traits. Why didn't he produce for the Bulldogs? There's a wide range on where he'll go, but a team that runs a 3-4 defense -- hello, Wade Phillips -- could take him in Round 3.

95. New York Giants (from NE via CLE)
McShay's pick: Corey Ballentine, CB, Washburn
Besides Janoris Jenkins, I'm not sure whom the Giants are planning to play at corner this season. The versatile Ballentine could see some action as a rookie.

96. Washington Redskins*
Kiper's pick: Will Grier, QB, West Virginia
If I had pick No. 15, I would have thought about quarterback Daniel Jones for the Redskins. But let's add Grier, who could sit behind Case Keenum for a year.

97. New England Patriots*
McShay's pick: Sean Bunting, CB, Central Michigan
Bunting might be a project guy for Bill Belichick, but he has shown the ability to jump routes and make plays.

98. Jacksonville Jaguars (from LAR)*
Kiper's pick: Trayveon Williams, RB, Texas A&M
This is a sneaky need because I don't think Tom Coughlin & Co. are married to Leonard Fournette long-term. Williams is a different kind of back who will help Nick Foles in the passing game.

99. Los Angeles Rams*
McShay's pick: David Montgomery, RB, Iowa State
The Rams need someone to spell Todd Gurley II, both on third down and if Gurley's knee isn't 100 percent. I like Montgomery's ability to turn dump-offs into big gains in the passing game.

100. Carolina Panthers*
Kiper's pick: Joejuan Williams, CB, Vanderbilt
The 6-foot-4 Williams doesn't have elite straight-line speed to catch up to receivers, but he doesn't need it if he can press receivers.

101. New England Patriots*
McShay's pick: Mecole Hardman, WR, Georgia
Yeah, we got Riley Ridley for the Pats already. But they still need a slot receiver. Enter Hardman, who is electric with the ball in his hands. He'll also help in the return game.

102. Baltimore Ravens*
Kiper's pick: Sione Takitaki, ILB, BYU
Last pick. Let's go. I reached a little for a need position, but I really like Takitaki. Can he replace C.J. Mosley's production? No. But he can be a solid player.
