Big Board: Noel still ranked No. 1

Nerlens Noel remains No. 1, while Trey Burke, C.J. McCollum continue to climb. USA TODAY Sports

The official list of who's in and who's out of the 2013 NBA draft is finally in. Seven players from our last Big Board (April 19) -- Marcus Smart, Gary Harris, Glenn Robinson III, Mitch McGary, Isaiah Austin, James Michael McAdoo and Adriean Payne -- decided to return to college for another season.

Those draft defections -- combined with a great international scouting event, the Nike Hoop Summit, more film watching, and further feedback from NBA GMs and scouts -- had a big impact on our Big Board.

While Nerlens Noel continues to hold the No. 1 spot, followed by Ben McLemore and Otto Porter Jr., Trey Burke cracks the top five (at No. 5) and C.J. McCollum breaks into the top 10 (at No. 8).

Here's our latest take on the Top 30 prospects in the draft. (Also, be sure to check out our updated Top 100 and our updated Lottery Mock Draft.)

1

Nerlens Noel

SCHOOL: Kentucky
CLASS: Fr.
HT/WT: 6-11, 215
POS: C

10.5 PPG
9.5 RPG
4.4 BPG

Noel continues to look like the odds-on favorite to be the No. 1 pick. Looking at our various Lottery Mock Draft scenarios, Noel now comes out as the No. 1 pick in 84.8 percent of the scenarios generated. We project Noel to go No. 1 to the Magic, Bobcats, Cavaliers, Suns, Kings, Wizards, Raptors, 76ers and Mavericks. Those are pretty great odds.

2

Ben McLemore

SCHOOL: Kansas
CLASS: Fr.
HT/WT: 6-5, 195
POS: SG

15.8 PPG
5.3 RPG
2.0 APG

McLemore's odds of going No. 1 increased when Marcus Smart decided to return to school. We now project McLemore as the No. 1 pick for five teams -- the Pistons, Pelicans, Timberwolves, Trail Blazers and Jazz. Overall, that's a 15.2 percent chance of going No. 1. A few teams, such as the Bobcats and Suns, could potentially swing to McLemore if he has great workouts.

3

Otto Porter Jr.

SCHOOL: G'town
CLASS: So.
HT/WT: 6-8, 200
POS: SF

16.2 PPG
7.5 RPG
2.7 APG

While we currently don't project Porter to go No. 1 to any team, a number of teams -- such as the Pistons, Suns and Wizards -- would consider Porter there and would likely take him at the No. 2 spot if they landed it. While Porter doesn't have the sizzling upside of others on the board, he might be the most complete player of the draft.
