Arnold Allen and Calvin Kattar meet in a matchup of top-10 featherweights headlining UFC Fight Night on Saturday, Oct. 29, in Las Vegas.

The fights at UFC Apex are on ESPN+, with the 7 p.m. ET main card preceded by prelims at 4 p.m.

Allen (18-1) has won 11 fights in a row, most recently a first-round knockout of Dan Hooker in March. Allen is No. 8 among 145-pounders in the ESPN rankings.

The ninth-ranked Kattar (23-6) has lost two of his last three bouts -- all of them earning fight of the night bonuses. He is coming off a split-decision loss to Josh Emmett in June.

Ian Parker's betting tip

While Allen looked like an unstoppable force in his last fight, winning via TKO over Dan Hooker, he won his four previous fights by decision. Kattar, win or lose, has also gone to decision in his last four fights. That is something interesting to look at when betting on this fight. Both men are extremely durable and have been finished only once in their careers. If you felt you had to bet a side here, I would lean Kattar. However, I believe the strongest play would be to bet the over, with the line set at 3.5 rounds.
