Fantasy football flex rankings for Week 16

This might be it for many of you, since so many leagues end their season in Week 16, and if that is the case for you and your team(s), then we thank you. Here are the latest PPR flex rankings, combining the best of the running backs, wide receivers and tight ends into one list. As always, there will be injury updates as the week progresses, and if you played for months to get to this point, the least you can do is pay attention later this week. Good luck to all!

1. Christian McCaffrey, RB, Panthers: Not sure there is anything he can do wrong in these final two weeks -- except suffer a major injury -- to remove him from next season's No. 1 pick.
2. Michael Thomas, WR, Saints: Why would he not be No. 2? Several running backs probably edge him out for some, but should they? He is breaking records.

3. Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Cowboys: Lit up the Philadelphia defense in the first meeting, and he should do so again. Elliott is 5-0 in his career against the Eagles.
4. Saquon Barkley, RB, Giants: So what if it was against Miami? That was a monster statistical performance, and we need another in Washington this week.
5. Chris Carson, RB, Seahawks: Comes off his best game of the season, with little competition, and faces a weak Cardinals defense.
6. Austin Ekeler, RB, Chargers: This guy could finish as the No. 2 PPR running back and people will still think of him as a mid-RB2. I simply do not get it. The production continues!
7. DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Texans
8. Julio Jones, WR, Falcons: Wait, he scored a touchdown? Two of them? Stop worrying about Julio. Ever.
9. Davante Adams, WR, Packers
10. Derrick Henry, RB, Titans: Touchdown machine was held sans touchdown in Week 15, but the yards were there. Still somehow underrated.
11. Joe Mixon, RB, Bengals: Just ran for 136 yards on the Patriots, so imagine what he will do to the Dolphins.
12. Amari Cooper, WR, Cowboys: The Eagles cannot stop rookie wide receivers, so what is this fellow going to do to them? The mind boggles.
13. Tyreek Hill, WR, Chiefs
14. Leonard Fournette, RB, Jaguars: The team around him has given up, and Fournette has failed to surpass 50 rushing yards in three consecutive games. However, the volume remains.
15. Aaron Jones, RB, Packers
16. Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints: His nine-game TD drought is not like Julio Jones', because Kamara is not getting the opportunities. Still, how can anyone sit him?
17. Mark Ingram II, RB, Ravens: Did you see the Browns in Week 15? Perhaps the Ravens can score any way they want.
18. DJ Moore, WR, Panthers
19. Tyler Lockett, WR, Seahawks: Four games of nothing and then he blasts off for 120 yards and a score. Perhaps the struggles were health related. Or just the fickle ways of fantasy.
20. Courtland Sutton, WR, Broncos
21. Breshad Perriman, WR, Buccaneers: Not sure why I am relatively alone in ranking him as a WR1. His QB will be throwing a ton. The top WRs are out. Invest heavily.
22. DeVante Parker, WR, Dolphins: Invest here as well. Multiple touchdowns in two of three games and not exactly facing the '85 Bears this weekend.
23. Devonta Freeman, RB, Falcons
24. Melvin Gordon, RB, Chargers
25. Nick Chubb, RB, Browns: If you are scared about relying on him against the Ravens, check out the first meeting in Week 4: 183 yards, 3 TDs.
26. Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs: Also has tough matchup, versus the Bears, but he rocked Denver's defense.
27. George Kittle, TE, 49ers
28. Allen Robinson II, WR, Bears: Cannot say I trust Mitchell Trubisky against the Chiefs, but he has found plenty of Robinson during the past month.
29. Julian Edelman, WR, Patriots
30. Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers: Disappointed? He will likely top last season's 97 catches and 1,196 yards.
31. Todd Gurley II, RB, Rams
32. Phillip Lindsay, RB, Broncos
33. Marlon Mack, RB, Colts: The Colts and Mack had no chance in New Orleans, but it does not mean they simply roll over Carolina's defense.
34. Miles Sanders, RB, Eagles: Monster game in Week 15, and I doubt Jordan Howard returns. Still, Dallas plays better defense. Be careful here.
35. A.J. Brown, WR, Titans: Similarly, now he gets the Saints. They play defense.
36. DJ Chark Jr., WR, Jaguars
37. Adam Thielen, WR, Vikings: Team did not need much from him in Week 15, and we must wonder if he can handle a full workload in the Packers rematch.
38. Raheem Mostert, RB, 49ers
39. Kenyan Drake, RB, Cardinals: I do not think Seattle is giving up 146 yards and four scores to this guy. Still, he is flex-worthy.
40. Le'Veon Bell, RB, Jets: Revenge against the Steelers! However, do not overrate the motivation. This dysfunctional offense still cannot effectively block for him.
41. Josh Jacobs, RB, Raiders
42. James Conner, RB, Steelers
43. Tyler Boyd, WR, Bengals: Still worried about A.J. Green cutting into his targets? One of the silliest stories of the season. Boyd is on track for consecutive 1,000-yard seasons.
44. DK Metcalf, WR, Seahawks
45. Terry McLaurin, WR, Redskins: This is a young DeSean Jackson, and again, we would prefer more volume. Only 51 catches. The big plays are there.
46. T.Y. Hilton, WR, Colts: No Colts player had a chance on Monday. Look for marginally better results versus the Panthers.
47. James White, RB, Patriots
48. Devin Singletary, RB, Bills: Did not play in the first Patriots matchup, but look what Mixon did to them last week. Singletary gets volume. Trust volume.
49. Will Fuller V, WR, Texans
50. Zach Ertz, TE, Eagles: Four touchdowns in the past four games, and so many targets. We do not need efficiency at this point.
51. Mark Andrews, TE, Ravens
52. Austin Hooper, TE, Falcons
53. Christian Kirk, WR, Cardinals
54. Jarvis Landry, WR, Browns
55. Michael Gallup, WR, Cowboys: It is not only the top receiver who thrives against the Eagles secondary.
56. Robert Woods, WR, Rams: What an inconsistent offense this is. Woods caught nary a pass in first San Francisco meeting, but he rushed for a score.
57. Kenny Golladay, WR, Lions: Ten touchdowns on only 56 receptions, but we can worry about regression next season, if at all. Frankly, his catches should rise then. Play him these final weeks.
58. Stefon Diggs, WR, Vikings
59. Tarik Cohen, RB, Bears: Neither Bears RB is worth much, but take the one catching the passes. It says a lot about the rookie.
60. David Montgomery, RB, Bears
61. Darius Slayton, WR, Giants: Overlooked rookie keeps scoring touchdowns and another solid matchup awaits.
62. Sterling Shepard, WR, Giants
63. Odell Beckham Jr., WR, Browns: Slayton, a Giant, averages more PPR points per game. Let that one sink in.
64. Emmanuel Sanders, WR, 49ers
65. Cooper Kupp, WR, Rams: Garbage-time touchdown saved his Week 15, and was his third score in three games, but there is much to worry about here. You do not have to activate him versus the Niners.
66. Alexander Mattison, RB, Vikings: I did not rank Dalvin Cook because I do not think he plays through his shoulder injury. And Mattison still landed only here. If Cook plays, he is probably not at full strength, but he would be No. 26 in these ranks.
67. Kareem Hunt, RB, Browns: As good as Chubb continues to be, Hunt remains a reasonable flex choice, even against the Ravens.

68. Patrick Laird, RB, Dolphins: They can throw, but they cannot run.
69. Adrian Peterson, RB, Redskins
70. Carlos Hyde, RB, Texans
71. Dede Westbrook, WR, Jaguars
72. Mike Williams, WR, Chargers: Nary a touchdown in 11 games, then he scores in back-to-back contests. Welcome to the randomness of fantasy football.
73. John Brown, WR, Bills: Looked great against the Steelers, but the Patriots should keep him in relative check.
74. Darren Waller, TE, Raiders
75. Ronald Jones II, RB, Buccaneers
76. Duke Johnson, RB, Texans
77. Jamison Crowder, WR, Jets
78. Curtis Samuel, WR, Panthers
79. Deebo Samuel, WR, 49ers: Just not enough weekly touches to depend on him.
80. JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, Steelers: I remain skeptical he suits up anytime soon, despite the importance of the game.
81. Marquise Brown, WR, Ravens: Again, just not enough weekly volume. Nine targets in three weeks.
82. Peyton Barber, RB, Buccaneers
83. Sony Michel, RB, Patriots
84. Jamaal Williams, RB, Packers: His last touchdown came in Week 9, because the category is fickle for players like this one.
85. Damien Williams, RB, Chiefs
86. LeSean McCoy, RB, Chiefs
87. Larry Fitzgerald, WR, Cardinals
88. Robby Anderson, WR, Jets: Continues to look more engaged the past month, but the Steelers are tough to throw on.
89. Jared Cook, TE, Saints
90. Anthony Miller, WR, Bears
91. Cole Beasley, WR, Bills
92. Kerryon Johnson, RB, Lions: This is the ranking if the team activates him from injured reserve. If they do not, well, there is no ranking. Why would the Lions push him?
93. Latavius Murray, RB, Saints
94. Tevin Coleman, RB, 49ers: He has 13 touches ... in the past three games. Stop relying on him. Season numbers mean nothing in mid-December.
95. Diontae Johnson, WR, Steelers
96. Danny Amendola, WR, Lions
97. Golden Tate, WR, Giants
98. Sammy Watkins, WR, Chiefs
99. James Washington, WR, Steelers
100. Kenny Stills, WR, Texans
Others: Myles Gaskin, RB, Dolphins; Royce Freeman, RB, Broncos; Nyheim Hines, RB, Colts; Matt Breida, RB, 49ers; Chris Thompson, RB, Redskins; Rex Burkhead, RB, Patriots; Bo Scarbrough, RB, Lions; J.D. McKissic, RB, Lions
