Fantasy football flex rankings for Week 13

Here is some advice before we get to the running backs, wide receivers and tight ends for Week 13: Get your lineups in by Wednesday night, put your phones down on Thanksgiving Day, and watch the fantasy news later in the week. After all, you want to spend ample time with relatives, right? Trying to do that while figuring out the Indianapolis running game is just too much for any fantasy football manager. As always, best of luck in making your playoffs.

1. Christian McCaffrey, RB, Panthers: Amazing season. According to Tristan H. Cockcroft, only Priest Holmes (2002) and LaDainian Tomlinson (2006) had more PPR points through 11 games of a season. Incredible.

2. Dalvin Cook, RB, Vikings: The No. 2 running back this season has 80.7 fewer PPR points than McCaffrey. Cook is having an awesome season, too.

3. Michael Thomas, WR, Saints: We knew he was good, but this is a different level. This is like Jerry Rice stuff. Actually, Rice never started a season like this. No receiver has.

4. Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints

5. Tyreek Hill, WR, Chiefs: His hamstring injury appears healed, but the Oakland defense he faces is another story.

6. Leonard Fournette, RB, Jaguars: Sometimes the touchdowns come in bundles. That's fine with us. Everything else for him this season is above expectations.

7. Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Cowboys: He actually ran well in New England, reminding us that nothing was wrong with him.

8. Chris Godwin, WR, Buccaneers: Godwin is the Tampa WR you want this week, based on the individual matchup.

9. Davante Adams, WR, Packers

10. Nick Chubb, RB, Browns

11. Saquon Barkley, RB, Giants: What concerns me from Week 12 is his 1 receiving yard. Perhaps the team knows that his ankle remains an issue, but his skills demand a high ranking when he plays.

12. Mike Evans, WR, Buccaneers

13. Julian Edelman, WR, Patriots

14. DJ Chark Jr., WR, Jaguars

15. DJ Moore, WR, Panthers: He has had myriad catches and yards the past four games, as he rises to WR1 territory.

16. Julio Jones, WR, Falcons: Jones last scored a touchdown during the Clinton presidency. OK, it was September. Still occasionally frustrating.

17. Josh Jacobs, RB, Raiders

18. Derrick Henry, RB, Titans: He runs on more defenses than Jacksonville. He was fine in the first Indy matchup in Week 2, and he scores touchdowns.

19. Aaron Jones, RB, Packers

20. George Kittle, TE, 49ers: He has shown amazing recovery from his broken ankle, so we can treat him like the 2018 version again.

21. Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs

22. Mark Ingram II, RB, Ravens

23. DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Texans: Hopkins is an awesome player, but the Patriots have permitted next to nothing to wide receivers this season. How can we sit him?

24. Jarvis Landry, WR, Browns: This is not a one-week thing. Landry is thriving and has outscored his more attention-seeking teammate by 31 PPR points this season.

25. Odell Beckham Jr., WR, Browns

26. Le'Veon Bell, RB, Jets

27. Chris Carson, RB, Seahawks: There is some concern that the fumbles have caught up to him and got him benched in Week 12, but this ranking hardly reflects major worry -- for now.

28. Todd Gurley II, RB, Rams: Man, this offense is simply a mess. But it is an easier opponent this week.

29. Allen Robinson II, WR, Bears

30. Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers

31. Tyler Lockett, WR, Seahawks: He has only four catches on six targets his past two games, which is a problem.

32. Cooper Kupp, WR, Rams: Stop looking at September/October numbers. In November, Jared Goff cannot find him anymore.

33. Phillip Lindsay, RB, Broncos

34. Melvin Gordon, RB, Chargers

35. Austin Ekeler, RB, Chargers

36. Devin Singletary, RB, Bills: He is coming off a 100-yard rushing game and ready for more, regardless of opponent.

37. John Brown, WR, Bills

38. Adam Thielen, WR, Vikings: Perhaps the hamstring is healthy, and he'll play great, but the last time he returned from this injury, he barely played and left early.

39. Tyler Boyd, WR, Bengals: Andy Dalton returns! That should change everything.

40. Amari Cooper, WR, Cowboys: No real concerns about his being shut out by the Patriots, but the Bills defend the pass nicely as well.

41. Zach Ertz, TE, Eagles

42. Stefon Diggs, WR, Vikings

43. Ronald Jones II, RB, Buccaneers

44. Tevin Coleman, RB, 49ers: Overrated? It is fair. We cannot help but notice that this is four consecutive games with no more than 40 rushing yards, and he scored one touchdown in that span.

45. Courtland Sutton, WR, Broncos

46. T.Y. Hilton, WR, Colts: It's simply a guess whether he returns from a calf injury. Plan ahead.

47. Christian Kirk, WR, Cardinals

48. Dede Westbrook, WR, Jaguars: It has been a disappointing season, but all receivers eat against Tampa Bay's defense.

49. Joe Mixon, RB, Bengals

50. Miles Sanders, RB, Eagles: He is performing well for a rookie, but it's tough to thrive in this dysfunctional offense.

51. DeVante Parker, WR, Dolphins: He faces an Eagles defense struggling to rush the passer and defend speedsters on the outside.

52. Jamison Crowder, WR, Jets

53. Robert Woods, WR, Rams: The narrative changes after his return from a Week 11 absence. Now Woods has 95 and 97 yards the past two games.

54. James White, RB, Patriots: He has only 11 catches the past four games. Perhaps the Pats look his way this week, but White is close to being fantasy forgotten.

55. Devonta Freeman, RB, Falcons: He could return from his foot injury to wow us on Thanksgiving night.

56. Damien Williams, RB, Chiefs

57. Jonathan Williams, RB, Colts: This is assuming Marlon Mack misses at least another game. Williams is running well, and the offense has committed to him.

58. DK Metcalf, WR, Seahawks

59. Brandin Cooks, WR, Rams

60. Will Fuller V, WR, Texans: Reminder that his 140 yards in Week 12 would be far and away more than anything New England has permitted to a receiver this season.

61. Kenny Golladay, WR, Lions: He is sputtering along with Jeff Driskel at quarterback. What a shame.

62. Michael Gallup, WR, Cowboys

63. Hunter Henry, TE, Chargers

64. Darren Waller, TE, Raiders: Derek Carr figures to look his way more this week. Waller has been statistically quiet since Week 7.

65. Kenyan Drake, RB, Cardinals: You have to assume he is the top Arizona RB for this week, unless there is a surprise.

66. Kareem Hunt, RB, Browns

67. David Montgomery, RB, Bears

68. Tarik Cohen, RB, Bears: It's hard to believe this offense cannot get him into more open spaces somehow.

69. Emmanuel Sanders, WR, 49ers

70. Calvin Ridley, WR, Falcons: This Atlanta wide receiver is finding the end zone.

71. Marvin Jones Jr., WR, Lions

72. Terry McLaurin, WR, Redskins: Among those with 40 catches, only four average more yards per catch than McLaurin. That seems selfie-worthy.

73. Sony Michel, RB, Patriots

74. Jamaal Williams, RB, Packers

75. Carlos Hyde, RB, Texans

76. Matt Breida, RB, 49ers: There's still no guarantee that he returns from his high ankle sprain, but he matters when he plays.

77. Mark Andrews, TE, Ravens: He hasn't had a ton of receptions, and the 49ers defend well, but it's tough to sit him.

78. Alshon Jeffery, WR, Eagles: The way Carson Wentz and the offensive line are playing, it is tough to recommend an Eagles wide receiver.

79. Sterling Shepard, WR, Giants

80. Sammy Watkins, WR, Chiefs

81. Bo Scarbrough, RB, Lions: He is getting the rushing attempts and turning them into decent yards.

82. Benny Snell Jr., RB, Steelers: He emerged from the James Conner absence with a nice game, but he is not a pass-catcher.

83. LeSean McCoy, RB, Chiefs

84. Latavius Murray, RB, Saints

85. A.J. Brown, WR, Titans: He had a big Week 12 game but is not a consistent stat provider.

86. Jared Cook, TE, Saints

87. Evan Engram, TE, Giants

88. Chris Conley, WR, Jaguars

89. Derrius Guice, RB, Redskins: Perhaps he cannot truly thrive because of the players around him.

90. Larry Fitzgerald, WR, Cardinals

91. Robby Anderson, WR, Jets: Sometimes Sam Darnold looks like a top quarterback, and other times, far from it. It affects the receivers.

92. JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, Steelers: Let us assume he will not see great QB play the rest of the season.

93. Golden Tate, WR, Giants

94. Tyrell Williams, WR, Raiders

95. Curtis Samuel, WR, Panthers

96. Mohamed Sanu Sr., WR, Patriots

97. Deebo Samuel, WR, 49ers

98. Greg Olsen, TE, Panthers

99. Nyheim Hines, RB, Colts

100. Jay Ajayi, RB, Eagles

Others: Jaylen Samuels, RB, Steelers; Darius Slayton, WR, Giants; Randall Cobb, WR, Cowboys; Cole Beasley, WR, Bills; Mike Williams, WR, Chargers; Duke Johnson, RB, Texans; Peyton Barber, RB, Buccaneers; Adrian Peterson, RB, Redskins; Royce Freeman, RB, Broncos; Taylor Gabriel, WR, Bears; James Washington, WR, Steelers; Rex Burkhead, RB, Patriots; Kalen Ballage, RB, Dolphins; Patrick Laird, RB, Dolphins; Rashaad Penny, RB, Seahawks
