Justin "Wizzrobe" Hallet has confirmed with ESPN.com that he will not be re-signing with his current team COGnitive Gaming in 2017. In regards to his future, Wizzrobe hopes to find a team that can continue to support his endeavors as a professional Smash player and continue to grow his personal branding.

In light of the decision, Wizzrobe stated, "My time with COGnitive Gaming was great. My boss was a super cool guy and a great friend. COGnitive Gaming has given me incredible opportunities to travel to huge tournaments and I view them as the most important step into getting to where I am today as a player."

Wizzrobe has made great strides in his Super Smash Brothers Melee career. In 2015, he was rated as the 23rd best player on the annual SSBMRank. He continues to improve his performances with several top-8 finishes at events such as DreamHack Austin 2016, WTFox 2, CEO 2016 and The Big House 6. At WTFox 2, he surprised everyone with a 3-0 victory over Juan "Hungrybox" Debiedma, one of the best players in the world. With the annual rankings coming soon, many believe that he will place in the top-12 on this year's SSBMRank.

In addition to his proficiency in Melee, Wizzrobe plays Smash 64 at a high level. At Super Smash Con 2016, he finished in second place, defeating the legend, Joel "Isai" Alvarado in a set and outplacing several of the top Japanese players.
