The complete 2025 NFL schedule has been released, and odds are already available for Week 1.

The Philadelphia Eagles will begin their Super Bowl title defense against the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL's season opener on Thursday, Sept. 4.

The Eagles opened as a touchdown favorite at ESPN BET, but it's another NFC East team that has the largest spread of the Week 1 slate. The Washington Commanders opened as a 7.5-point favorite against the New York Giants.

The highest points total in Week 1 is in the Sunday night matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills. That number is 51.5, and the Bills opened as 1.5-point favorites at home.

Eleven games have spreads of a field goal or less.

Here's a look at the opening odds for every Week 1 game, as well as other highlights on the schedule that already have spreads.
