2:16pm A see-saw innings, which ultimately ends with West Indies have overhauled Australia's first innings score. When the day began, they would have been fearing the worst, given how much the ball was jagging around. Hope and Chase, though, buckled down and ate significantly into Australia's total. Alzarri then played a vital cameo towards the end, causing a bit of frustration for the visitors.

West Indies had to deal with frustration of their own as well, with a few third-umpire calls going against them. How big an impact that might have, or how crucial they prove to be remains to be seen, but Australia, with just a ten-run arrears to wipe off now, will feel they have a chance to set the game and probably even surge ahead.

Tea has also been taken, and we will be back in a bit to guide you through Australia's second innings.

Lyon to Seales, OUT, straight down Webster's throat, and West Indies' lead has been restricted to just ten runs! Lyon dangles the carrot outside off and Seales bites. He gets down on one knee, looking to clobber it over long on but because he has to reach out a little, he hits it flat. Straight to Webster too, and Seales, down on his knee, cannot quite fathom what he has done. Nevertheless, a nuggety last-wicket partnership, and WI will have a slight advantage (in numbers terms) when they walk out in a few minutes' time!

Around the wicket to Seales too. Slip and short leg in place

Lyon to AS Joseph, 1 run, tossed up full on leg stump. Alzarri gets his front foot out of the way and drags it towards deep mid wicket

Lyon to try his luck. Around the wicket. Can he entice Alzarri into a false stroke?

Starc to Seales, no run, another missed yorker and Seales is utterly livid with himself for missing out on a low full toss down leg. Wanted to tickle it fine but failed to lay bat on it

This partnership, worth 18 already, will be frustrating Australia

Starc to Seales, 1 run, sharp short ball on leg stump but Seales handles it pretty well. Jumps around a bit, fending it behind square eventually

Starc to Seales, no run, slides this down on a length just outside leg. Seales fails to make contact with his flick, and the keeper comes around to gather

BeardGuy: "WI has a King, their captain is a guy named Chase, and their keeper is Hope. How can they NOT boss the fourth innings?" -- And if it comes to that, they have a guy named Seales to seal the deal too...
