The focus of this innings has shifted a bit due to the late hit on the head for Chivanga. He braved his way back to continue his innings. Copped a few more bouncers and perished for 6. Ireland conceded 15 runs for the last two wickets this session, which they'd probably take. It was the middle session, where they took five wickets where the damage was done. Think it was six catches that were dropped, which will disappoint them. McBrine's marathon spell will do headlines bowling-wise. Young was terrific when things seemed to ease up for Myers and Williams, who were Zimbabwe's top scorers. But a collapse ensued to have the game balancing slightly in Ireland's favour.
Odinlass: "Well, that reward conversation only jinxed Chivanga." Guess that's one way to look at it
4:54pm, Day 3, Innings break Ireland will need 158 runs to win back-to-back Tests. If the passage so far has given indication, it's that the chase might not be straightforward. There are around 30 overs remaining, informs Andrew Leonard.
