It was angling down leg and Moor shaped to block it towards mid-on, with a buckled left elbow above his head. Maybe he could've left it but the instinct was to fend, and that ends his valiant 79. His highest score for Ireland by a mile 165/4

58.3 Seamed back in, given lbw! Was height an issue? What about impact? Doesn't matter as there's no DRS McBrine's a bit sheepish as he punches his partner's gloves but he's done his job. Was a length ball that landed around fourth and hit on the back leg. Maybe just over the pad after beating McBrine, who tried to defend it straight but was late in bringing the bat down. Popped off the keeper too 250/10

45.2 this time he swings across the line and misses! Length ball around middle and turning to off. Adair rocks back to swat a shot across the line but the ball stays a tad low and breaks his poles 189/7

Myers was hit on the ankle by this length delivery which shot off low from the shorter side of a length on off. 23.2 Ervine shoulders arms, and there is an animated appeal for lbw by Adair. And after much thought, the umpire raises his finger! The impact will not matter in this case, though, since no shot was offered. Short of a length from Adair, who pitched it on middle and off. I think Ervine left it on length there, as the ball bounced nicely off the pitch and hit him high on his front pad. It is likely too that the ball would have gone over the stumps 66/3

Madande went hoicking at this tossed-up ball which was dipping on a full length on middle and off, but seemed to have closed the face of the bat early. 62.1 well judged by Tector at deepish mid-on! He keeps his eyes on the ball all along, and grabs the ball close to his chest while moving to his right. McBrine tossed this up at Muzarabani, and bowled outside around off. Muzarabani went swinging across the line, but only got some height to it, without managing to get the placement right 182/8

1.2 Today might be a day of nasty bouncers, this one has Moor fend it to short leg. Ngarava going short of length, ball zipped off the pitch like it was off an incline. Moor had no time to turn away or get the hands down. It pops off the handle or gloves and short leg, who was standing a bit back, took it well 6/1
