10:19pm That will be all from us for tonight. We hope you enjoyed our coverage and we will be back with more T20 action tomorrow. Until then, this is goodbye and goodnight from all of us!

Adam Zampa, Player of the Match: (On picking the most important wickets) Was trying to do my role - to get the most important wickets to make it easier for the guys at the back end. I am natural competitor, love getting into the contest and bowling to the best players. He (Russell) has got me a few times, I got him a few times. Happy I got him (tonight). I was actually under the pump after my first 11 balls. Good defensive bowling then to get out of my over. Spoke about the match-up to Dre Russ. Obviously, a big wicket. He hits it out of the park but luckily, he didn't that time.

Tim Southee, Sharjah Warriorz captain: (On the bowling) The back-end was very good. They got off to a good start, Mayers played well. We kept taking wickets, which is the best way to slow things down. (On the chase) The way the guys have been playing the last couple of games, it was more of the same. For the majority of the chase, we were in control. Better (placed) than when we were at the start of the tournament. Nice to be creeping up the table at the right time of the tournament. Our last three games have been some of our better performances.

Sunil Narine, Abu Dhabi Knight Riders captain: We were in the fight till the end, we could have finished off the (batting) innings better, we were on course for 200. You needed to control the powerplay. They batted (well), played aggressive shots. We got back into the game but it was too late. Everyone is doing a good job. It is just the key moments…we are not coming out on top. We have made it a little difficult, having to win the last two but we still are in the tournament and have plenty to play for. (On bowling himself in the powerplay) It all depends on what is going on in the game. If we control the game in the powerplay, I don't have to. But if the team needs it, I will have to.

10:05pm This game should have been done a long time ago. But the Warriorz, somehow, found a way to drag it into the last over. Several batters came, tried their big shots in vain and then perished, which allowed the Knight Riders a route back. It also ensured that the Warriorz could not push their NRR further.

Which is what they seemed destined for, especially when Charles and Kohler-Cadmore tore the Knight Riders apart in the powerplay. Charles did not relent in the middle overs either and finished with a 35-ball 65 - a knock that, in the end, proved to be the difference between the two sides and gave Sharjah the cushion to get past the finish line, despite a dramatic slow-down towards the end.

Ibrar Ahmad to Harmeet Singh, (no ball) 1 run, goes straight up and it dribbles into space in the fine leg region. That will be that! Shortish on leg stump. Harmeet swipes across the line and gets a fat top edge. The ball swirls over the keeper's head and then dribbles away towards the fence. Not sure if it stopped before reaching it or if Clarke was able to pull it back. And to add further drama, the umpire calls it a No ball. All happening here in Sharjah but the key detail is that the Sharjah Warriorz have won and they move up to third in the points table!

Two needed off the last over. Surely the Warriorz will not botch it from here? Ibrar to bowl the last over. He gave away 24 in his first over earlier in the evening. Around the wicket

Hinds to Agar, 2 runs, hard length on middle and leg. Agar opens up his stance and heaves it enough to long on's left for a couple of runs

12 off 12. This game should have been done and dusted a couple of overs ago (at least). But the Warriorz still find themselves here and they only have themselves to blame. Can they now recover and get the job done? Hinds to bowl the penultimate over. Over the wicket

Holder to Harmeet Singh, 1 leg bye, length just outside off. Harmeet has a swish at it and Seems to miss it before the ball rolls off the pads into the off side. ADKR went up but the umpire was steadfast in his decision. ADKR review because, well, why not. There is no bat involved. The dual sound was of the ball hitting both pads. Was it going down leg? Oh my...clipping the top of leg stump. Umpire's Call and Harmeet stays!

Warriorz six down now and they still need 14. Only 16 balls to get there now. Harmeet to try his luck with the bat now. Holder goes around the wicket

Holder to D'Souza, OUT, D'Souza has been put out of his misery and the Knight Riders keep chipping away! Back of a length on leg stump. D'Souza, ambitously, tries to pick it up off his hips and hit it over deep square leg. Gets no power at all and Mayers takes a simple catch well inside the deep square leg fence!

Hinds to Seifert, OUT, Seiefrt falls too! Is the comeback really on?! Hard length on middle and off. Seifert advances, looking to work to leg. The ball, though, holds in the surface just enough to induce a leading edge. Swirls towards Narine at extra cover, and the ADKR captain makes no mistake!
