Matchup: Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Arizona Cardinals

Spread: Opened Arizona -7.5; now Arizona 7
Total: Opened 50; now 50.5
PickCenter public consensus pick: 62 percent Arizona

Public perception: The Buccaneers won last week and the Cardinals lost, but the public was still clearly on the Cards' side when the line was down to 6.5; now it's more split at 7.

Wiseguys' view: This line opened Arizona -7.5, and early sharp money came in on Tampa Bay, which looked much improved in Week 1 against Atlanta. Wiseguys pushed it through the key number of 7, but now we've seen it getting bet back as sharps that prefer the Cardinals have jumped in with the public.

Dave Tuley's take: I was happy to fade the Cardinals with the incomprehensible line move against the Patriots, but they're still a solid team that should bounce back with Carson Palmer and his many weapons on offense and a defense that is much tougher than the one Tampa faced last week in Atlanta. The NFL Vegas Rankings that we're apart of have the Cardinals rated 6 points better than the Bucs on a neutral field, so this line should be more than a full touchdown.

The pick: Arizona -7
