WATCH: Antonneous Clayton UA jersey presentation

VIENNA, Ga. -- ESPN 300 defensive end Antonneous Clayton was presented with his Under Armour All-America jersey on Friday in a ceremony sponsored by American Family Insurance and held at the Dooly County High School gymnasium.

A large crowd consisting of family members, students, teammates and faculty members cheered loudly as the jersey was given to the eighth-ranked defensive end and the No. 63 player overall in the ESPN 300.

The 6-foot-4, 215-pound prospect said he was proud to be selected to the prestigious game.

"It’s a great honor,” Clayton said. “I come from a small town, there’s nothing really down here. We only have one stop light. To be able to play in this game is just a great honor.

"I know there’s a million kids that would love to be in my position as far as having all these scholarship offers and to be able to play in the Under Armour All-America game. It’s just a huge honor. I’m just so thankful to be able to represent Under Armour as well as my family, teammates and county."

Clayton’s top schools consist of Auburn, Florida, Oregon, FSU, Georgia and Clemson. He will unofficially visit Florida over the weekend and has two official visits set up to Oregon and Wisconsin. The four-star prospect is planning to wait until signing day before making his final college decision.

Q&A with Antonneous Clayton

What was your first football memory?

Clayton: It had to be when I got my first sack against Turner County. I just had a straight row towards the quarterback and I just ran as fast as I could to get to the quarterback and he was there so I got the sack. It may not be the first memory, but it’s probably the most memorable memory that I have -- at least with my football career.

Is there one athlete that you looked up to when you were younger?

Clayton: It would have to be Dante Fowler. I just love the guy, man. His explosiveness, his technique, just his playing style -- I try to model my game after that. His constant pressure really disrupts the play.”

If you could go one-on-one with any professional athlete in their sport, who would it be and why?

Clayton: It would definitely have to be LeBron James. I have to admit, basketball was my first love, so I’d have to go with James. Just to have the opportunity to go against one of the best players to ever play would be a real honor.

Who is the best player to ever play in the Under Armour game that you know of?

Clayton: I watched a few of those games and guys like Dante Fowler and Vernon Hargreaves and Amari Cooper, all of those guys I watched and they all made an impact on me. I just remember those guys going out to the game in St. Petersburg and having a good time and showing off their skills. That’s what really stood out to me.
