ESPN Fantasy Projection: Citron displayed a well-rounded skill set over her four seasons at Notre Dame and rose up draft boards after several other players -- including college teammate Olivia Miles -- elected to wait before going pro. However, Citron earned her status as a lottery pick, averaging 14.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.8 steals in 33.3 minutes per game during her time with the Fighting Irish, and she shot 37.7 percent from beyond the arc over the last three seasons. She should have plenty of chances to contribute for the rebuilding Mystics in 2025 after being selected at No. 3 overall, even though the team also selected Kiki Iriafen with the fourth overall pick. Citron will play alongside veteran Brittney Sykes in Washington's backcourt, and the rookie should have an opportunity to earn a starting role during training camp. Citron should be able to carve out ample playing time to begin her time in the WNBA, and her versatile skill set makes her an intriguing target in the mid-to-late rounds of fantasy drafts.
