Stranraer picked up a handy point in their basement battle with a 2-2 draw at Alloa. Scott Agnew edged the strugglers ahead after just nine minutes with a smart half-volley from Craig Thomson's cross.Alloa levelled midway through the first half when Jordan Kirkpatrick's drive deflected off a defender and past Cameron Belford.In the second half, Giuliano Morena came close to putting the away side in front as he lashed a shot off the post.Brian Reid's men did go ahead when Willie Gibson struck in a free-kick.But striker Greig Spence salvaged a point for the hosts with a header from Kirkpatrick's ball.
