Spin: Lazard came back down to earth after a two-touchdown season debut. He played 82 percent of the offensive snaps, but Mike Williams' snap share jumped from 18 to 65 percent, and the former Charger figures to surpass Lazard as the No. 2 wide receiver behind Garrett Wilson once he's fully up to speed. Lazard's proficient blocking and chemistry with Aaron Rodgers should keep him on the field, but the sell-high window on the veteran wideout may have already slammed shut ahead of Thursday's home opener against the Patriots.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Lazard enters his second season with the Jets after a disappointing 2023 campaign. He caught only 23 of 49 targets for 311 yards and one touchdown in 14 games. Without Aaron Rodgers under center, Lazard ranked near the bottom of the league among qualified wide receivers last season in yards per route run. The arrival of Mike Williams this offseason is detrimental to Lazard's fantasy value this season. Even though he had success with Rodgers during their time together with the Green Bay Packers, Lazard isn't worth drafting in fantasy leagues.
