Every NFL team has a flaw -- even the Super Bowl champs. So we asked executives from across the league to pick them out for all 32 teams. Here's what every team should worry about in 2018, with quotes direct from insiders.
Note: Teams are listed in alphabetical order.

Arizona Cardinals
The worry: Continued offensive-line troubles and two quarterbacks with durability/performance concerns could be a rough combination.
Exec unfiltered: "Their offensive line is in real trouble, and even separate from that, I think it's questionable whether they can get good quarterback play from [Sam] Bradford or [Josh] Rosen. I personally do not think they can, and if the line is as bad as I think it's going to be, the odds are stacked even longer against it."

Atlanta Falcons
The worry: Having a veteran offensive line can be great, but after Andy Levitre (32) and Ryan Schraeder (30) missed games last season, there are concerns, too
Exec unfiltered: "Beyond having a consistent pass rush, I think age on their offensive line is one area to watch. It could be a potential Achilles' heel for them. [Alex] Mack, Schraeder and Levitre are not kids. They are all 30 or older, and a couple of them missed games last season."

Baltimore Ravens
The worry: Not having the quarterback or weaponry to keep pace against the league's best.
Exec unfiltered: "Consistency on offense is the biggest weakness I see. They can grind out games with their defense and run game if Joe Flacco doesn't turn it over, but when they play the better teams -- and they do play the NFC South this year -- they could be exposed. Will they have enough consistency from their receivers and tight ends?"

Buffalo Bills
The worry: A trade made in conjunction with setting up the Bills' quarterback future could hurt them in the present.
Exec unfiltered: "The reason Buffalo made the playoffs last year was because of Tyrod Taylor. He kept them in games. Maybe Josh Allen will be the future, but he could really be a turnover machine early. I think they are realistic about where they are in the rebuild, but I don't think the fans will be realistic."

Carolina Panthers
The worry: Not having sufficient depth to overcome issues on the offensive line.
Exec unfiltered: "Overall health and quality depth is the concern there, especially on the offensive line. They already lost their right tackle [Daryl Williams] to a knee injury, and now their left tackle [Matt Kalil] has had a knee scope, so they don't really have a tackle right now. That's a problem."

Chicago Bears
The worry: Being unproven and unestablished at two of the most important spots in any NFL organization.
Exec unfiltered: "Their inexperience worries me -- the head coach, some of the offensive staff, the quarterback. That is the biggest question, whether they can get it done in crunch time, trying to make plays against Detroit, Green Bay and Minnesota. Chicago is just the most inexperienced group in the division at some of those key spots."

Cincinnati Bengals
The worry: Shifting too much of the burden onto a Tier 3 quarterback.
Exec unfiltered: "They could be a team that comes out of nowhere if Joe Mixon can turn his talent into production. You just don't know if that is going to happen, and if it does not happen, then they will again be asking Andy Dalton to do too much. That's the worry."

Cleveland Browns
The worry: Turning a bunch of acquisitions into a cohesive unit in an environment featuring some strong personalities.
Exec unfiltered: "They could be a sleeper team, but when you have been not just losing but losing historically, and then you have all those personalities, it feels like they are an acquired group of talent that could face challenges in becoming a team. Tyrod Taylor is a stable presence, but if there is a lot of drama, it is problematic. Winning a couple games early and catching some momentum could help."

Dallas Cowboys
The worry: Will Dallas collect on bets it has made in the secondary?
Exec unfiltered: "Everyone talks about their receivers, and I agree that their ability to score points and make big plays on offense is a concern, but what about the depth on defense? They are really banged up at safety and there are question marks about what they have in the secondary. They drafted all these guys in the secondary and it is time for them to step and prove it, or they are going to be exposed."

Denver Broncos
The worry: The team's best hope for improvement in 2018 will be asked to do too much.
Exec unfiltered: "I do feel like Case Keenum might be an answer for them, but their lack of running game combined with the O-line concerns will be trouble if they are going to become one-dimensional and ask Case Keenum to do things that, frankly, he should not be asked to do."

Detroit Lions
The worry: Not having the pass rush to cover for a problem that hasn't been addressed well enough.
Exec unfiltered: "They have one corner [Darius Slay], but they never really addressed the other corner spot with a viable starter. Can you hold up in the secondary when you don't have a consistently productive pass rush?"

Green Bay Packers
The worry: There are no guarantees Green Bay has fixed its cornerback conundrum.
Exec unfiltered: "I'm really intrigued to see them with [Mike] Pettine as the D-coordinator because I think he's an underrated coach, but their inexperience at corner in combination with a weak group of linebackers is concerning. I really, really like Josh Jackson, but [Kevin] King has had issues with health. They could end up balling out. You just don't know. There's a lot of projecting right now."

Houston Texans
The worry: The trade for Deshaun Watson makes it harder to protect Deshaun Watson.
Exec unfiltered: "They might have the worst offensive line in the NFL if you just went through it position by position. I remember during the draft, when they didn't have [early] picks because of the Deshaun Watson trade, I was wondering what they were going to do up front. Their quarterback is coming off an ACL [injury]. Who is going to protect him?"

Indianapolis Colts
The worry: A leaky defense means it will be tough for Indy to make good on its No. 1 priority of the offseason.
Exec unfiltered: "They really want to protect Andrew Luck by improving the line, running the ball and getting the ball out of his hands quicker, but when you are rebuilding on defense, you are going to find yourself in some shootouts. If you are trailing and have to be taking dropbacks every play, then all that other stuff doesn't matter. Eventually, your quarterback is going to be taking hits. Can they make enough stops?"

Jacksonville Jaguars
The worry: Can a brash, young team handle success well enough to take the next step?
Exec unfiltered: "How are they going to act and perform now that they are in the front of the pack instead of sneaking up on people as they did last year? Now they are getting the interviews, being on TV, being on prime time. Is winning more important than exposure and being paid? Can the young guys become professionals, and not be a 10-6 team that could have been 13-3, 14-2?"

Kansas City Chiefs
The worry: The combination of a young quarterback and shaky defense causes the team to regress.
Exec unfiltered: "They will still be competitive, but I think they take a step back. There is a changeover going on defensively, with questions in the secondary. You wonder whether the young quarterback [Patrick Mahomes] will be consistent enough if they get into shootouts. And then, when he gets the fastball, will he be able to hit the home run?"

Los Angeles Chargers
The worry: The quarterback reverts to 2016 form, and not enough Chargers fans are there to see it.
Exec unfiltered: "They are the team I am most excited to watch this year. This might be their chance. This might be their year. I just wonder if [Philip] Rivers can keep the interceptions in check, or will his gunslinger self catch up to him? And then you wonder if ownership can create a championship atmosphere playing in that stadium where the offense had to use the silent count at home."

Los Angeles Rams
The worry: If it's not age on the line, it's life on the edge.
Exec unfiltered: "They have the oldest left tackle and oldest center in the league, and then [left guard] Rodger Saffold is 30, so you wonder when the offensive line drops off, but I think the biggest question is: Can they get pressure off the edge? Right now, I don't think they can create it."

Miami Dolphins
The worry: The gap between young and old is too great.
Exec unfiltered: "They need a bunch of old guys like Frank Gore, Josh Sitton, Cameron Wake and Robert Quinn to play the way they used to play, and then they need a bunch of really young guys like [Laremy] Tunsil, [Minkah] Fitzpatrick, the tight end from Penn State [Mike Gesicki], [Cordrea] Tankersley at left corner and then [Raekwon] McMillan to come on fast. It can happen, but the inconsistency of young and old could show."

Minnesota Vikings
The worry: Kirk Cousins won't be as adept as Case Keenum at covering for a position of weakness.
Exec unfiltered: "Their offensive line and specifically the tackle spots are really concerning. They will go as far as that will take them. It was interesting to watch their offensive line against Jacksonville's defensive line in preseason. Kirk Cousins looked uncomfortable. Their tackles are just not starting-caliber tackles and that could bite them."

New England Patriots
The worry: Counting on so many players with elevated injury risks will be tough even for a future Hall of Fame coach.
Exec unfiltered: "Bill Belichick probably does a better job than anyone of managing injury-prone guys, but so many of their guys carry big risks that it has to be their No. 1 concern. Just about all their receivers except Cordarrelle Patterson carry high risks, along with [Rob] Gronkowski at tight end. Their offensive tackles are higher-risk guys -- they just lost [Isaiah] Wynn for the year -- and then on defense, it's Trey Flowers, Derek Rivers, Kyle Van Noy, Dont'a Hightower, Eric Rowe -- on and on."

New Orleans Saints
The worry: The cornerback situation will hold back an improved defense.
Exec unfiltered: "The good news is they are no longer terrible on defense. Sean Payton was smart in going to more of a bend-but-do-not-break approach. But there are still worries in the secondary. They have Marshon Lattimore, but are the other four good enough? I don't know who is going to cover the slot. At least they can rush the passer."

New York Giants
The worry: The magic is gone for the two-time Super Bowl MVP whose numbers over the past two seasons are nearly identical to the numbers for Blake Bortles.
Exec unfiltered: "It's interesting to see them spend all that money on defense in free agency a couple years ago, and then switch the scheme, but the biggest thing for me is, I'm just not sold that Eli [Manning] still has magic. Davis Webb has not been accurate in preseason, either, and so you keep coming back to wondering how they could pass on a potential franchise quarterback in the draft. The decision to try to win now with Eli could be the wrong choice."

New York Jets
The worry: A young gunslinger at quarterback isn't a great fit for this team as it is currently configured.
Exec unfiltered: "Maybe [Sam] Darnold blows up and they have this exceptional year, but I don't see that happening. They don't really have any receivers. They have this conservative defensive coach [Todd Bowles] with a quarterback [Darnold] who has a gunslinger mentality where he will make some "wow" throws but throw some interceptions, too. How will that jell?"

Oakland Raiders
The worry: A talented offense might not age well.
Exec unfiltered: "Everybody is expecting from [Jon] Gruden this dynamic, explosive offense, and I don't know if they have it. There is age all over the place with [Marshawn] Lynch, [Doug] Martin, [Jordy] Nelson, [Donald] Penn, [Breno] Giacomini, [Frostee] Rucker, Derrick Johnson, Reggie Nelson, Leon Hall. And then in the secondary, I have no idea."

Philadelphia Eagles
The worry: Staying on top will be harder than getting there, especially with these changes.
Exec unfiltered: "I'm worried about a Super Bowl hangover. The defense got older, the quarterback has to prove he can be what he was, the dynamics in the locker room changed and then you always have guys who want to get paid after winning it all, and I'm talking about everybody in your building. They ran off some longtime Eagle guys like Brent [Celek], [Vinny] Curry and [Mychal] Kendricks, and added some guys from other teams with storied pasts."

Pittsburgh Steelers
The worry: A soft middle could betray a defense that led the NFL in sacks last season.
Exec unfiltered: "The middle of their defense is where they could be vulnerable. They lost Ryan Shazier, they paid [Morgan] Burnett and then they used a first-round pick on a box safety in [Terrell] Edmunds who is just not a center-field range guy."

San Francisco 49ers
The worry: A coach known for maximizing personnel (Kyle Shanahan) might not be able to do that in a few key cases.
Exec unfiltered: "I'm not convinced their highest-paid and highest-drafted guys are going to produce at those levels. That includes [Jerick] McKinnon and [Pierre] Garcon, and it includes Solomon Thomas and some of the defensive backs they have drafted recently. The secondary worries me, though. It looks like they have Thomas playing the position Cliff Avril played in Seattle, but he is not really the same type of guy."

Seattle Seahawks
The worry: The team's biggest weakness in recent seasons will remain so, even if George Fant takes over at right tackle.
Exec unfiltered: "If they don't get the offensive line figured out, they will have issues on offense again. They missed on the right tackle [Germain Ifedi], it remains to be seen if [Ethan] Pocic can play left guard and early indications are that their new right tackle, Fant, is not all the way back. Fant had unbelievable feet two years ago, but he hurt his right knee and you can tell when he tries to jab that right leg and anchor it."

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The worry: Efforts to improve the leadership and overall makeup of the team could be too little, too late.
Exec unfiltered: "I don't think they have an identity on where they want to go or who they are. The quarterback [Jameis Winston] is suspended, the left tackle [Donovan Smith] just got hurt, the schedule is unforgiving early and I just don't know if there is strong enough leadership on that team."

Tennessee Titans
The worry: It might be unrealistic to expect miracles from a young offensive staff.
Exec unfiltered: "They have a first-time offensive coordinator [Matt LaFleur] working under a first-time defensive head coach [Mike Vrabel], without a ton of experienced guys on the offensive staff. It would be easier for LaFleur if he were going into a place where they already had a system, but he's more on his own. I'd be freaked out if I was him, but it could be really good for all we know. They just have a lot riding on this season with [Marcus] Mariota."

Washington Redskins
The worry: A key ingredient that helped Alex Smith succeed in Kansas City and San Francisco could be missing.
Exec unfiltered: "The running game and consistency in the running game is definitely the concern. Alex Smith is going to do everything they want him to do, but you still need to help him out a little bit. Look at the support he had with Jim Harbaugh [49ers] and Andy Reid [Chiefs]. Do they have that? In the running game, I don't think they do."
