The 2024 college football season, the Shrine Bowl and the Senior Bowl are all in the books. That means the 2025 NFL draft is quickly approaching. Round 1 is April 24 on ESPN and the ESPN app.

There were six quarterbacks taken in the first 12 picks this past April, including each of the top three selections. Don't expect a repeat in 2025, though, as this class isn't as loaded at the top, nor is it as deep right below it. But there are a few intriguing passers, with two having separated themselves from the pack.

How do the QBs in the 2025 class stack up right now? It's time to update my 2025 QB Hot Board, where I rank every signal-caller who has a chance to be drafted. This list goes 12 deep, as we added Notre Dame quarterback Riley Leonard following the Fighting Irish's run to the College Football Playoff national title game. Leonard was also one of several signal-callers who worked out at the Senior Bowl. Who is rising after the all-star event circuit?

I'll go through the strengths and weaknesses of all 12 quarterbacks, along with updates on each passer's current draft stock.
