The San Francisco 49ers own 10 picks in the 2024 NFL draft and find themselves in the first round for the first time since 2021.
The 49ers are looking for the final pieces to get over the Super Bowl hump. That could come in the form of an offensive lineman (right tackle or on the interior) or an ascending player at cornerback or wide receiver that San Francisco hopes to insert into its next core of star players.
The 2024 NFL draft will take place at Campus Martius Park and Hart Plaza in Detroit from April 25 through April 27. Round 1 will begin April 25 at 8 p.m. ET, while Rounds 2 and 3 are on April 26 starting at 7 p.m. ET. Rounds 4 through 7 begin at noon ET on April 27. The draft will be broadcast on ESPN, ABC, ESPN+ and the ESPN App. There are 257 total picks in the draft.
Here's the full list of the 49ers' draft picks by round, along with a look at their top roster needs headed into the 2024 season.

Top three needs: OT, WR, CB. The right side of the Niners' offensive line struggled in the Super Bowl, and issues up front have been a recurring theme in some of the team's biggest games. Ideally, the 49ers can find an immediate upgrade at right tackle with long-term potential to eventually replace Trent Williams on the left side. Receiver isn't as urgent, but Jauan Jennings and Brandon Aiyuk are scheduled to be free agents after the 2024 season, which means a starting-caliber wideout with return ability would make sense.
At corner, the Niners could use a starting nickel, but with Charvarius Ward and Deommodore Lenoir set to be free agents in 2025, it would be a good time to plan for the future while also adding competition and depth. -- Nick Wagoner
