The Atomsphere

If there is one thing is this worl its the atmosphere on the day of a game. Im talking about getting up early going in at 5am to lift weights all summer to build up to putting on that jersey. Im talking about going to school and shwoin off that jersey and the whole school getting into it. Then you have the pre-game meal and meeting to make sure no one forgets what they are to do. The greatest feeling of all though is when you step thrugh the locker room doors into the tunnel busting onto the feild and then on that very 1st play under the lights DRILL someone and knock them into next season. Then after you have smashed them into no end you get to go to the locker room and party it up with all yur teammates and talk about all the huge hts that where in the game. What's the atmosphere like for you?

Manny Ramirez is still thinking blue. Two years, 45$ Million Dollars and a player option. Keeping Manny happy is important and that was what Baseball fans had learned last season from Bostons mistakes. But is the contract enough for Manny to be pleased? Remember, he did reject the exact same deal a couple days earlier. It was a stressful off season fiasco for Dodger fans but the star is back and surely he will bring the crowd. Baseball Is Still The American Dream

So what if they take steroids, so what if they get mad, we still love to watch the best players. Sure it is not as good now because of steroids but who doesn't love baseball, it is the American Dream! Everybody wants to have a fair game, which some people don't do, but you still gotta love seeing the upsets, the Red Sox come back and win the ALCS, the Reds destroying the Athletics when they were underdogs in 1990, the Yankees with Ruth, the Mets and Reds with Seaver, and the classic name of the game on a warm summers day! If it weren't for baseball, think about it, we wouldn't have the classic pick up game, the exciting Opening Day, waiting to see who wins MVP and other awards, playing catch with your dad, watching that 7th World Series Game, seeing that dogpile at the end, and just going out there to play with your buds, it still is a classic game! Yes, just like when Nas said hip-hop was dead. Baseball is dead. All we hear about baseball now is steriods. I bet if you would look for baseball in the dictionary, you would find the word steriods right next to it. Whenever someone does something good on the field like throw a 100-MPH fastball or hit a monster home run or gain a lot of muscle over the winter, your first word isn't "Wow" it's "Steriods." Why fantasy Sports are so Great

I'm sure everyone here knows or has taken part in a Fantasy Draft, and I'm sure you all know why it's so much fun. The reason it's so much fun in my opinion isn't actually drafting the best players, its making fun of your friends.. Or people you don't even know in some cases. About their worst picks and about how juiced up on steroids their best players are before they run the bases after every homerun. And how great it feels when you "accidentaly" snag someone's pick a turn before they take the seat.
