Rest-of-season fantasy basketball rankings for roto leagues

Take a look at ESPN's Player Rater over the past seven days and you'll see a familiar name at the top of the list: Russell Westbrook.
It took some time, but Oklahoma City's star point guard is again looking and playing like one of the top fantasy players, just like he did all of last season -- before Paul George and Carmelo Anthony -- when he averaged a triple-double and put up numbers few have ever seen.
Westbrook moves up to No. 11, the highest he has been since very early in the season, and there is still room for him to keep moving up in the weeks and months to come.
Kevin Durant also moves up, jumping to No. 3 behind LeBron James and James Harden. Durant's numbers are at a different level in the absence of Stephen Curry, who has played only three games this month due to a sprained ankle. In the past 10 games, Durant is averaging 28.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, 5.5 assist and 2.9 blocks and is now second in the NBA in blocks per game (2.31), trailing only Indiana's Myles Turner (2.46).
Nikola Vucevic, who broke his hand and is due to miss six to eight weeks, drops him all the way down to No. 88 this week, and he heads the list of big-name players who fall in the final week of 2017.
Utah's Joe Ingles (78), Charlotte's Jeremy Lamb (126) and New York's Tim Hardway Jr. (138) are three others worth noting.
Meanwhile, Denver's Trey Lyles has leapfrogged Kenneth Faried in the rotation, and he makes his first appearance in the top 150, debuting at No. 134 after averaging 14.8 PPG, 6.6 RPG and 2.2 3PG in his past five games. Another newcomer to the list is Phoenix's Isaiah Canaan (135), who is averaging 13.4 PPG, 5.8 APG, 1.4 SPG and 1.6 3PG in five games since joining the Suns.
