ESPN Esports and esports and gaming platform eFuse have partnered for a $10,000 Call of Duty: Warzone event, Women of the eRena, which will feature 32 women competing in a four-part series starting Thursday.
The quads tournament will include eight teams comprised of streamers and celebrities, including U.S. Women's National Soccer Team and OL Reign midfielder Allie Long, Aerial Powers of the WNBA's Washington Mystics, esports hosts and streamers Erin Ashley Simon and Katie Bedford; and popular community personalities including AnneMunition, G2 Esports content creator Athena, Cloud9 streamer C9EmZ and former OpTic Gaming streamer and current Minnesota RØKKR director of content Ashley "MiDNiteMN" Glassel.
Competition will begin at 4:30 p.m. ET on Thursday on the ESPN Esports Twitch channel, and standings for the event will be available on the eRena leaderboard page during the tournament. Call of Duty League host Lottie Van Praag and Call of Duty host and content creator Jess Brohard will cast the event.

The event scheduled for this Thursday, and all of the others to come, will have a direct focus on showcasing these incredibly strong and impactful women."
