Tina Rupprecht became the undisputed atomweight champion with a majority decision victory over Sumire Yamanaka in Germany on Saturday.
Rupprecht (15-1-1, 3 KOs), of Augsburg, Germany, won by scorecards of 99-91, 96-95 and 95-95 to add the IBF title to her WBC, WBO and WBA belts. She has won six of her last seven fights, with the only loss coming in March 2023 to Seniesa Estrada for the WBC strawweight title.
Rupprecht, a two-division world champ, first won the WBC atomweight belt with a unanimous decision against Fabiana Bytyqi in January 2024. She added the WBO and WBA titles with another unanimous decision, this time against Eri Matsuda, whom she dropped in Round 1.
With the victory, Rupprecht retains the top spot at 102 pounds, while Yamanaka stays at 2 ahead of Matsuda.

As with almost everything, until fighters square off against one another, there is a layer of subjectivity to it. Fighters who haven't fought in 18 months and don't have a fight scheduled will be removed from the rankings until they fight again.
