After qualifying for DreamHack Austin's All-Star tournament taking place May 6-7, Heroes of the Storm team Gust or Bust has been acquired by Astral Authority, led by CEO and founder, Dinkelin "Dean" Tavarez.

The roster consists of captain Damian "FrozenX" Nagel, Chris "darkchimaera" Beery, Jerome "KilluZiioN" Tanguay, Kevin "TalkingTrees" Marco and Jon "Equinox" Peterson.

DreamHack Austin will feature eight of the best Heroes of the Storm teams in North America who are looking for a share of the $100,000 prize pool and to secure a spot at the Global Summer Championship at DreamHack Summer in June.

The first place team at DreamHack Austin will secure a spot at the Global Summer Championship where a $500,000 prize pool will be available to the best teams around the globe who qualify.

Formerly King of Blades Alpha, Dean looked to acquire a talented team that had raw potential, a high caliber team that deserved a good home. FrozenX says that Astral Authority fits the bill, saying "It was about finding the right home."

Team manager Mellina "Mel" Kong echoed those sentiments. "It feels like a new beginning and a new start, and I couldn't be any happier with joining Astral Authority. The organization has already shown that they'd be willing to accommodate the team's necessities and to make sure that we are comfortable and happy."

Astral Authority joins the DreamHack All-Star field, which includes Tempo Storm, Cloud9, Team Naventic, Panda Global, Gale Force eSports, COGnitive Gaming and Team Higher Consciousness.

With some of the most popular and strongest teams from North America competing in the tournament, Astral Authority believes it can hold its own.

"I'm feeling very confident in myself and my team," said Equinox. "Practice has been showing good results and we fixed a lot of our issues from first getting together so I think we can get Top 4 if not Top 1 or 2. I'm also excited about going to a DreamHack because I've never been to one before, getting to see all the different games and meeting all my friends from [Heroes of the Storm] is always an amazing experience," said new addition to the team, Equinox."

Despite the confidence, Equinox notes there are some threats in the field. "There are 2 teams we are worried about. Naventic which we consider to be the strongest team in NA. Tempo Storm with their roster changes is looking really strong."

Mel isn't as worried as the rest of the squad is. "Every team I've seen have taken games off one another. Like I said, anything is possible and I believe that our team will be able to conquer them all."
