Week 9 of the NFL season kicks off with the Baltimore Ravens visiting the Miami Dolphins on "Thursday Night Football."
Lamar Jackson makes his return for the Ravens, who are just 2-5 but are the odds-on favorite to win the AFC North (-110) following last week's victory.
It's a different story for the Dolphins, who are 2-6 but 40-1 to reach the playoffs, even after blowing out the Falcons in Atlanta last week.
The Ravens are right around a touchdown favorite in Miami.
Matt Bowen, Pamela Maldonado and Eric Moody offer their picks, prop plays and analysis to help you bet the game.

Field Yates previews Lamar Jackson's expected return to the field and what it means from a fantasy perspective.
Lamar Jackson to go OVER 36.5 rushing yards (-115)
Bowen: A healthy Jackson will create conflict for the Miami defense on both designed carries and second-reaction scramble attempts. In four games played this season, Jackson is averaging 41.5 yards rushing per game, with six or more carries in three. I would expect Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken to dial up some QB rushes early in this one to attack the edges of a Dolphins defense allowing 5.0 YPC (29th in the NFL).
Derrick Henry to record 90+ rushing yards (-120)
Maldonado: Miami has allowed 120 or more rushing yards in every game at home, with lead backs Rhamondre Stevenson (54 yards on 11 carries; Patriots 122 yards), Breece Hall (81 on 14 carries; Jets 197) and Kimani Vidal (124 on 18 carries; Chargers 140) combining to average 6 yards per carry. The Dolphins' front has struggled to shed blocks and contain power backs, ranking bottom five in rush success rate. The Ravens have Jackson back, and Baltimore's run efficiency spikes from 3.7 to 5.9 yards per carry when he's active. The game script favors volume, Miami can't stop the run, and Henry remains the engine. For more value, 100+ rushing yards (+120) feels very achievable.
Mark Andrews to go OVER 28.5 receiving yards (-110)
Moody: Although Andrews has cleared this line in only three of seven games this season, it still feels far too low given the matchup. The Dolphins' defense allows the seventh-most receiving yards per game to tight ends, and Atlanta's Kyle Pitts Sr. just put up 59 yards against them last week. The return of Jackson also works in Andrews' favor. The veteran tight end has averaged 43.4 receiving yards per game with Jackson under center since 2023.
