          The defending champion Philadelphia Eagles are now the favorite to pull off a Super Bowl repeat.

          Following Sunday's action in Week 11, the Eagles are now +500 after defeating the Detroit Lions, who are the fifth choice at +900. Sandwiched in between are the Los Angeles Rams (+550), Kansas City Chiefs (+800) and Buffalo Bills (+850).

          The Chiefs were the favorite entering the week but suffered a critical loss to the division rival Denver Broncos. The Rams were able to hold off the Seattle Seahawks to take over sole possession of first place in the NFC West, and Josh Allen put in an offensive showcase in the Buffalo Bills' win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
