Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder, the leaders to win the Western Conference, are now the favorites to win the NBA Championship. Following the Thunder out West are the Los Angeles Lakers, Golden State Warriors and Denver Nuggets.
The Boston Celtics are the favorites to win the Eastern Conference, and have the second-best odds to take home the NBA title, which would be their second consecutive and 19th overall in franchise history. The Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks have the next-best odds to win the East.
