Scorer: @Thilak_Rama | Commentator: Rvel Zahid

Thanks for your company and feedback throughout this game. We'll be back for the next match tomorrow (KK vs IU). For now, it's goodnight from me, Rvel Zahid, and our scoring master Thilak Rama

Abdul Samad, Player of the Match: There were expectation from me and I had been playing domestic cricket for some time. Stuck to my natural game. We had to score 200-plus runs. There was grip and the pitch was on the slow side but glad the execution went well

What a performance from Peshawar Zalmi and a complete contrast from Multan, who had an awful day! It was clear from the onset that the target would be tough to chase and Multan collapsed like a house of cards in their attempt. Even though it was a lop-sided affair, there were plenty of entertaining knocks. That spell from Ali Raza was a treat to watch! Earlier, the onslaught from Haris and TKC gave their innings a solid start. Both played brilliantly despite the early loss of openers and then the lower middle-order teed off in style. Raza deserves all the praise for his breathtaking spell and Yaqoob kept the pressure up from the other end as well. Peshawar have got their first two points in this season and Multan are still winless

Owen to Akif Javed, OUT, That is a sensational running catch by Abdul Samad! That was launched miles into the night-sky and Samad sprinted in from deep midwicket, kept his eyes on the ball as the ball swirled late and he adjusted beautifully! Phenomenal work in the field and that sums up the day for Peshawar; they have been stellar tonight and ticked all boxes. Babar looks relieved, smiles and handshakes all around. PZ are on the board with a thumping win

Owen to Willey, OUT, Bowls a nice leg-cutter across off, smears him down the ground and finds Wood at long-off who hangs onto it brilliantly

Samad Naqvi: "I hope Multan correct its mistakes like Peshawar in next match. I dont understand, how they not select Faisal akram and Yasir. Also why Motie and Josh Little are not playing. Very poor selection and captaincy from Rizwan. He is not

Joseph to Ubaid Shah, no run, Cunning change of pace. Short of a length off-cutter around the line off, wanted to smoke that over square leg and got baffled by the slowness
