It wasn't a fluent innings and the slower ones were tough to put away - which means the powerplay will be crucial and it's pivotal to make full use of the fielding restrictions. It's a fighting total on this slow track and Multan can definitely make a game of it by striking early. The scoring rate stayed low, except when Yasir and Usman were dominating the strike but overall, the dot ball percentage was high. Two of Islamabad's bowlers, Holder and Nawaz, conceded less than 7 an over and Imad was miserly with the new ball as well. Excellent bowling performance as a unit. We'll be back shortly for IU's reply
Hasan: "@Smartush: He literally hit 40 off 18 YESTERDAY. It's a high variance position. Give it a break "
Smartush: "Before the start of last season of PSL Iftikhar Ahmed hit 6 sixes off Wahab Riaz and then he failed completely afterwards in that season, likewise before the start of this season Iftikhar Ahmed hit 6 sixes off Usama Mir and the rest you can see clearly..."
