11.25pm Right then, after some exciting cricket and a lot of frustrating rain, it's South Africa who walk home with the two points. That's it from us today. Tomorrow, it's England taking on Australia, so that game will surely play a big role in shaping the top four, with South Africa currently sitting pretty on top. On behalf of Shashank, Vairavan and everyone else, it's Abhimanyu signing off. Goodnight, folks.

Laura Wolvaardt: "I think scoring 312 in 40 overs is really nice in us. Obviously performances all around. Kappie was brilliant, Nadine was amazing in the end. Someone up top batting through, someone controlling it in the middle and then Nadine with the big finish. So I think we ticked all the boxes. [Bowling plans] There was something in the surface and the Kappie and Khaka were really good. [Spinners] I luckily played all four today, time-wise, because otherwise maybe Nadine would have had to bowl a few. Obviously they had to do some speed-bowling, but good they got a bowl."

Fatima Sana: "I think today is the day bowlers didn't perform well. We have to accept it. They played very well but we needed to be more calm in those situations. I think after the second over, and after the rain, it was a different situation because the conditions and the ball were wet. We tried to find rhythm but it was very difficult to bowl. We just tried to bowl good length on the stumps but because of the wet ball the bowlers couldn't execute the plans. We know the pitch is good and the way they played, it looked like a good track, but still we lost early wickets and we didn't get partnerships. After that we just tried to build partnerships. We just need to to believe more in ourselves. Maybe some batters didn't have belief."

11.14pm Player of the match, Marizanne Kapp: "[The surface] It was a beautiful wicket to bat on. A bit annoyed we didn't get to bat the full 50 overs. We had a lot of fun out there. Wolvaardt and Sune set a beautiful platform for us and made our jobs easier to come in and play our natural games. Just gave myself some time to get in and it was fun out there. I feel I bat better at No. 5. I like batting with the lower order. [On the bowling] Honestly, I didn't bowl too well. Wasn't happy with my bowling. Felt I bowled better in the last few games but lucky to get three wickets. I think everyone's been bowling pretty well and I hope it comes together nicely and we bowl better with every game".

11.08pm South Africa finish with a 150-run victory, via DLS, to go top of the table. Rain was involved from the start, with a two-hour delay after just two overs. But their batters came out with intent after the restart to put on a daunting 312 in 40 overs. Then, Pakistan's innings was interrupted multiple times, but not before Marizanne Kapp -- on the back of a half-century with the bat -- took three wickets to derail Pakistan's already difficult chase. Khaka had also taken a wicket and when we did finally resume, it looked like a formality for South Africa. The spinners raced through the final eight overs to ensure we have a completed game after it was reduced to 20 overs in the chase. South Africa's magnificent campaign continues, with that 69 all out a distant memory at this point. A word also, for the groundstaff. The SA players also come and applaud them, knowing it was their quick work that made sure they leave the ground with two points today, and not just one.

Tryon to Sidra Nawaz, OUT, On a length outside off, cut to backward point, think there's a run-out at the non-striker's end, but either way, South Africa register a crushing win Yes it is a run-out, the umpire confirms, with Shamim not back in her crease in time. Five wins in a row for South Africa. First time for them in a World Cup. Pakistan, meanwhile, are knocked out

Luus, as expected, comes in to bowl the penultimate over. More mud-scraping for the Pakistan batters. Meanwhile, replays confirm that the LBW shout, had it been reviewed, would have shown an inside edge. So SA's hurry to end the game ends up saving a review
