3.10pm: It was a last-wicket irritance in the end, nothing more. Pakistan have ten wickets and all the time they need to knock off a modest target and extend their excellent record at The Oval. Yasir leads them off after taking 5 for 71, he gets a fine ovation, just as Pakistan surely will once they've wrapped things up. It's a been a thoroughly entertaining series and 2-2 is no less than Pakistan deserve.

Iftikhar Ahmed to Anderson, OUT, you can unfasten them and jump around, Ifti's done it! Anderson misses with another yahoo across the line, the angle is much better for the offspinner and it strikes him on the body in line with off, Oxenford is happy and up goes the finger. England have no reviews anyway but Hawk-Eye says it would have flipped off the bails, so a good decision - all of which means Pakistan need 40 to win and square the series 2-2
