It was an enterprising innings from Sri Lanka, and they played in an uninhibited manner, attacking right from the word go and not changing their approach. They've got runs on the board and will back themselves to defend this par total. Kamil Mishara was the leading run-getter -- played such a stylish innings and adjusted to the conditions marvelously, hitting six fours and three sixes. Mendis played a good hand, striking six fours and one six. Shanaka provided some impetus towards the end as well. Sri Lanka have the momentum and they look keen to make it to the final. Let's see if Pakistan can continue their unbeaten run. Should be a terrific second hal. Stay tuned!

Mohammad Wasim to Shanaka, 1 run, OUT, Good-ish length and outside off, prodded away towards long-on, tries to scamper back for the second and Shanaka was not interested in the second and didn't run from non-striker's end, both batters are at non-striker's end and a sharp throw at keeper's end results in a run-out. A very expensive last over, Wasim, on a rare bad day at the office, conceded 31 in the final over. Shanka is run-out as he just stopped after taking a few steps
